Dejavu was there as well as Kingy when it happened. He was off duty and raiding, and when my friend killed him, he kicked her for NLR, when he never killed her, he killed me. In the screenshot it shows him kicking my friend for 'nlr'.

So nlr is a warn not a kick, so there's his first issue and what your saying is that he did it off duty with no sit.
