I was informed before this ban was officially made. I was told you had killed at least four people which is the reason you even got the MRDM ban because the minimum for the ban is four people. I was also told that you were being an ass during the sit and kept saying it was an accident to get out of the sit quickly. I asked clutch to get into a voice chat with you so you can show him your binds and according to him you had no terror bind, although he did not provide any physically proof of this. I did not tell him to go through with the ban myself but I informed him that it was his choice to ban you.
Addition to this post that I am typing, you are very mingy, no one can deny that. You also "accidentally" MRDM a few days before this ban because you claimed the whole mine as your own and shot four to five people because they were trying to tell you it wasn't valid. I was the reason you didn't get banned because we took your side of not knowing that it was against the rules, although you should of had common sense (which it states in the rules). We gave you one last chance to prove to us you can follow the rules which you were honestly on the side of proving that you kind of deserved the ban because you did break rules still after that point. You are also toxic even if you can't see it yourself. You are always rude to people inside and outside of sits, especially when sits are made on you. Even with that you tend to be a crybaby when people RDM or break a rule that involves you and then when they get in trouble you tease them and make fun of them a lot of the time. You question why you aren't staff and then do stuff like this.
Honestly I try my best to be nice to you but you just like pushing buttons on everyone. I am surprised that you haven't been banned for NITRP honestly. It's probably because I have been nice to you and held back some bans on you but you have proved to me that you are still a minge no matter what sense me or other mods try to smack into you. Unless you can provide any proof of this being "accidental" you most likely deserve this ban and should play other games in the meanwhile.
Cumsock, I know that I have been very lenient with you when you have come close to a ban, but this time Im not buying into your crap. I'm so over the way you treat Me and the rest of the server. You constantly freak out over the smallest issues, yet when you MASS RDM you tell me to just return you because it was an "accident". Then when you realized I was probably going to ban you, you told me to bring weeb because he is "higher up" yet we made the same call. This is why everyone hates you. All you do is minge and cry about everything. I know personally, (and I can't speak for all staff but) when I see a sit from you come in, I just dread taking it, because when I do I know you will scream at that person for not understanding a rule for 5 minutes.
Now with that being said I think you should honestly take this week that you will be off for, and think about why almost everyone has an issue with you. I mean this genuinely, think about how you act and why other people can't stand to be around you. Think about what you can do to fix that. I genuinely hate interacting with you and I don't like that. And BTW I have met 0 people (This includes smile) who were as consistently toxic and mingy as you are. I wish you would think this over and really take it into consideration because I can tell you are really passionate about this server but you won't be here for much longer acting the way you are.

Thats why it didn't go off, even ask ace I had set it earlier today and it was working just fine. Then I leave for a while come back and it doesn't work anymore. (Which I learned too late)
I'm not a troll I just don't always think things through which is a problem but it's not intentional. Just ass this "Mass RDM" that was obviously an attempted terror. And for proof I can screen share you the situation via discord as I said in my appeal, I would understand if I actually meant to not advert but I honestly tried to. Also, I have every intent to RP and prove that constantly, most people just dislike my personality and try to use that a way to press blame. I'm a very active part of this community and wouldn't mass RDM intentionally (Unless they were my friends). All in all, I see your frustration and am sorry if this came off dickholey am very upset about getting banned for a genuine mistake.
