Does anyone else know how to poop? (serious question) - 84h - 07-28-2019

Hi, recently I've been struggling how to poop. My pooping skills and methods are really bad. I don't want to buy an eBook about pooping mainly because I'm broke. If someone would be nice enough to post a good method or any tips on this thread that would help a lot. Also I don't know if the reason is because my mom stopped wiping my butt but I doubt it (just wanted to throw that in :p)
