Some suggestions for new rules to be added.
Base rules:
You must buy all doors that connect to the room(s) you will be using, then put a building sign up using the 3D2D text screen tool before adding props to your base.
You cannot have any entities in your base (money clickers, etc.) until after you finished building and deleted your building sign.
You must be NEAR YOUR BASE while there is a building sign on it.
Raid/kidnap/mugging rules:
You cannot raid, kidnap, or mug any player(s) while they have a building sign on their base.
Note:
I feel that players should at least have to advert raid before raiding a base, but that's just my opinion.
