What you are reporting for:Gave me a warn for rdm although I was in the right for killing him because I had already attempted to arrest him and he was resisting he said I can't kill for resisting arrest only if he shoots me which makes no sense.
Evidence:I have video of the entire sit (won't let me add ass attachment because file size is too big so I don't know how I should send it)

if people resist arrest, you are allowed to kill them. that is a false warn if you are telling the truth
