All Cop's should have tasers, It makes zero sense why they don't have them, but kidnapping classes do.

All "kidnapping classes" with tazers are just custom classes with elastic restraints + tazers or anyone as a criminal class with perma elastic restraints + tazers.
Although yeah more cops should have tazers.
