What you are reporting for: Inappropriate Use of 'Staff have final say', Ignoring MOTD Rules.
Box 2 ignores the fact that Rape has a global cooldown of 2 minutes for party members, He ignores this and makes up his own rules saying It only applies to the same person, Obligatory and smug 'go report me on the forums' included.

I'm not really sure as to why he didn't take on what you were saying when you were literally copy and pasting the rules from the MOTD.
I do believe that Box 2 has made a mistake on his part as it clearly states that "All RP interaction cool downs apply to the ENTIRE party"
this rule applies to ALL RP interaction that have a cool down. Such as: rape, terror, PD raid, kidnapping and raid cooldowns.
I will speak to him and ensure that he is fully understanding of what this means.
