The ability to suggest server plugins?
While on that subject, I would really like the speed spelling test plugin or whatever it's called that most servers have... It's like the only reason i play Gmod lol... (You win money or whatever for spelling words correctly before other players)

Anyone can suggest addons, not just VIP/SVIP. That's what this forum is for
