This would be more targeted harassment then minging itself in general, but that does not deny the fact that it happened. I will talk to brined about his actions and make sure he is further watched but for the first video, brined did nothing wrong if you didn't put the context of the second video in and he does not have to "leave immediately" he just isn't allowed to camp in it/take over the base, for the low time he was in there trying to sell the shakes like he owned them isn't a problem and can't be proved to be as you cut the video out at the end.

The second video is the only video where it is valid to warn him for anything as he was technically loopholing the rules to block your walkway to your cart and he came back to specifically target you. Again, he will be talked to about what he did and be told to stop.

I would like to add, it is not your job to go around bossing people about the rules in-game for every little infraction that happens. So unless there was no staff on I also do believe this could of easily been handled in game.
