I have not been staff on a Gmod server before. But I have been staff on a source game server the source game is known as Team Fortress 2

I have the skills to calm people down. I also have the ability to resolve a situation.
I do not have experience with SAM but from my research it looks very straight forward.
Im home schooled so I have no other commitments really.
I can be online all day with only 3 to 5 breaks that consist of around 10 to 30 minutes.
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, I keep one away from the other at first and ask the one making the report what the issue is.
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. I ask if Player A has any proof of his claims.
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. I say sorry but it says he has only killed one person. if that one person is one of the guys who made a report I will speak to that guy and the guy who rdmd and ask why he rdmd.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. I do nothing with that information because it does not affect me in any way and that has nothing to do with the report.

-Rep Scenarios, quite short and not descriptive, if you did what you said for your scenarios you wouldnt get anywhere
while you are a decent player and as far as i've known you haven't caused any issues, i think you're not a good fit for staff
