I honestly would get another admin to come and take over the sit and ask the guy for video proof and the evidence and try to get it settled for him by bringing in more people to help understand what is going on in comprehend if anything is going on and I will leave it to other admins to take care of it on my behalf

As much as you seem to know the rules and try your best to make the most of your situation, I can't say you are adequately prepared for the challenge ahead.
I'm not going to hold your disabilities against you, if there is anything that we as human beings excel at it is problem solving. If you were dedicated, you'd find a way around issues with text. But given you didn't even come up with your own replies for this application, you aren't ready or just don't care. Either is a problem.
You also have some issues with general behavior, and I think that would lead to potential issues when handling sits. Things often get heated or overwhelming as staff, maintaining composure and staying impartial are not just options but requirements.
If you are able to come back some time in the future with a better application, and can improve your behavior, I will be the first person to root for you. Keep your head up, and don't stop trying.
