There was no staff report form so I hope this thread is sufficient.
Staff Members Involved:
Sloon: Incompetence, Failed to Investigate, Unfair Decision, Abandoned the sit, False Facts, (formal report)
H4rold: Staff Abuse, Took over his own staff sit, very disrespectful for no reason, False Facts, (formal report)
CookieCrazyeater: Not sure why he was at the sit, or why he was accusing me of accusing H4rold of cheating but in my opinion had no reason to be there and made the mis-communication between staff all much worst.. (don't wish to report)
Hello, I was involved in a staff sit in which brought up some major concerns with me. Whether I was in the wrong or not rule-wise. I don't think this is how staff should be behaving on any game or server, where are the standards? Really puts a sour taste in my mouth and makes me lose trust in certain staff members. Up until now I was always very satisfied with this staff team. I was almost contemplating leaving the server completely because of this incident, but the good staff members who do their job properly outweighed the bad apples, so I figured I'd take my shot to report the matter instead in hopes that this gets the attention of the higher-ups of the staff team. Corrupt staff like this ruin the athmosphere and trust of the community, I cannot continue playing here knowing that this kid has a staff rank, knowing I can get in trouble just for getting a fair-n'-square kill on someone with a rank. I get this server's RP standards aren't ultra-serious, but the staff standards should be a thing. This blatant staff abuse is not a good look for any server, and I'm just trying to bring attention to the issues. Like I mentioned in my clip during the sit- I'm not here to be annoying or troll, I like to follow the rules, I like playing this server with my friends- but who wants to play a server with corrupt staff who'll retaliate over dying in a fair fight?
Just for a little context... I was warned for RDM x2 when I killed H4rold when he shot at me through the PD windows whilst I was providing Mayor Security as Secret Service/Mayor's Bodyguard. I mentioned to Sloon how I find it weird how he was on the window ledge, I told Sloon that I thought he used a prop to get up there.. later to find out he jumped up there with a lightsabre. (I didn't see the lightsabre, mistake on my part- yet I never accused him of cheating.) They took this out of context and made it seem like I was accusing H4rold of cheating, I did not, nor did I want to- I didn't even call a sit. H4rold, kept stating that I shot him and someone else, I'm very confused about that and even tried getting clarification during the staff sit but they were basically just mocking me and kept talking over me.
As included in the clip below, H4rold was saying some very concerning things after I was warned by Sloon when I made a !report asking for clarification about my warn for RDM x2 . When I asked for a reason he said "because we don't like you", and even threatened to add another warn on me for basically just asking why I was warned. He accused me of "clip abuse" and not showing the full clip, which I'm confused about because I sent Sloon the clip of the "RDM" that I was reported for, it's in my discord DM's, I'm convinced he didn't even look at it...
The staff members in this situation were just taking a piss out of the whole situation, communicated privately in a VC without me present when I was returned from the sit- then warned. I feel I was treated unfairly for someone who does the best to follow the rules here. And I will continue to clip to prove my innocence in situations like this, and when other players lie during sits. As mentioned in the clip, it's the first time I've been warned on this server and I've been playing near-daily with my friends since we joined on July 28 and I must say I've been having lots of fun! Up until now.. I don't even feel like playing anymore because I'm worried I'll get banned for speaking my mind or simply getting a fair kill.
I wasn't going to make an appeal for the warn because I could've cared less, up until the staff abuse- I want that warn taken off. It's a false warn to begin with and I've got all the supporting evidence that there was blatant staff abuse, and extreme miscommunication between staff. You can bet that I will report staff corruption and make it known when I see it. This is a blatant abuse of power and something should be done about this urgently. I hope to see Sloon take more consideration in investigating the matter next time.. and letting the non-staff person plea their case. He was very respectful at the begining of the staff sit, even told H4rold to calm down and gave me a chance to speak when I first got pulled into the sit and instantly cussed out and disrespected by H4rold. H4rold wasn't giving me a chance to speak with Sloon. It was until they all hopped in VC and he completely flipped like night and day, warning me for RDM x2. Nothing about H4rold's demeanour and performance was professional or respectful coming from someone representing the staff team, someone should seriously review his ability to be a staff member.

I seen a lot of people complaining in chat about him during his staff duties this evening.. most people complaining about power trips and just closing tickets he didn't feel like responding too, or just focused attention on sits that involved him or people he dislikes. We just need to get people to share clips and continue bringing the terrible performance as staff up to the higher-ups in hopes he eventually gets demoted for his actions. This will eventually capture the attention of the right person and he will lose his staff perms, and based on all the poor feedback I seen about him this evening- it shouldn't take long.

I do like the evidence you provided although you were never given a valid reason to kill him as your kos sign was in the wrong position as it must be at/past the second doors of the pd, And he never truly damaged you so technically you did rdm him and it seems like the new T-Mod mistakenly warned you for RDMx2 instead of just RDM I will talk to the new T-Mod about making sure this doesn't happen in the future I will also look into getting your warn changed to just RDM. I will talk to Nemo/H4rold about how he controlled that sit and how unprofessional he was during said sit. Thank-You and sorry for your trouble!

I hate to drag this issue...
But there's going to be no consequences for how H4rold handled that staff sit? He's just going to get talked to? There's a plathora of issues here, including biasism and blatant staff abuse which is shown in the clip. I didn't make this thread to get the warn removed- I mainly wanted to bring attention to some of the worst staff abuse I've ever seen in my history of playing Garry's Mod. And all he gets is a slap on the wrist? All I get is a half assed reply with no action? If he gets away with this, I simply cannot play on the server whilst he's on due to the fact there'll be a HUGE bias towards me after he catches wind of this post, as if it wasn't bad enough to begin with. He was super toxic since the second I met him in the sit for no reason, many people in this server agree he is not fit for his rank. It seems like staff are really backing this guy up, and it worries me and my ability to keep playing this server. I run a staff team in my FiveM server, I know how it is to stick by your fellow staff members, but this incident isn't something that should be swept under the rug, not someone I would want representing my staff team, that's for sure. This guys blantant staff abuse and toxicity should be grounds for a demotion, warn or something. I really like this server and don't want my experience ruined because nothing happened to my staff report in which I put a lot of time and effort into, with lots of supporting evidence. Regardless if the RDM was right or wrong, that demeanour and the way he handled that sit is WRONG on so many levels and I don't think a "talking too" is a fair outcome for what he did, and how do I know if he's even going to get talked too?
I'm sorry but I am heavily unsatisfied with that response Oreo, and If it's in any way possible I would like a 2nd review from an Admin. I hate to be a burden but that demeanour is not something I can entertain, and I don't want to leave this server I enjoy because of some power tripping staff member who has it out for me, and many others. Since that incident he's already retaliated a few times by denying me of staff sits, luckily he hasn't got a reason to ban/warn me yet as I've been distancing myself from the server, and when I do play all I've been doing is avoiding any player-contact just grinding at my base whilst hes on because as I said, he just has it out for anyone he dosen't like and is super petty with provoking arguments, just to get the person he's provoking in trouble. Also, baiting someone into breaking the rules, then claiming the staff sit shouldn't be allowed, super bias!
I also wanted to bring up that there was indeed a bright red KOS + WILL PURSUE sign right at the stairs, if H4rold denies this I will bring in witnesses and share some more clips. I should've included this in the main report I just forgot, and didn't see the need as the staff sit itself was the main issue at hand. But there was indeed a 2nd KOS sign passed the door, I don't want to overly press this issue but definetly wanted to make it known. And the origional KOS sign which stated " IN PD " , per the clip- he was indeed in the PD with a gun out. Just because he left the PD and put the gun away dosen't mean that KOS sign is void, espically after initiating. I get he didn't do damage, but we all know his intent was to kill me. Which by the way, he didn't even do !terror so it would've been RDM on his part. But, he took advantage of that sadly and I got the shit end of the stick for it because I don't have much say being a normal member. You can just tell by the sit that I had no voice or say in anything.
If I can get a 2nd opinion from an Admin and It's the same response, guess there's not much left I can do and I'll just accept defeat. But I'm sure deep down, there's someone on this staff team who can reason with me and step into my shoes for a second and realize how bad of a staff sit this was. Remember that players should be respected and not minged on, I'm taking the time out of my day to play this server- a possible future customer... I want to be treated with atleast some respect, and to feel somewhat welcomed. Not pushed away because no ones holding corrupt staff accountable.
Unrelated questions:
Q: Just for my own knowledge and properly informing myself the ONLY time I can kill someone as Mayor Security is if they do damage to me? So I basically can't do my job to protect the mayor....? Isn't the secret service/mayor security's job to stop the bullet before it even hits the VIP/Mayor? Otherwise whats the point of the job? The rules on this server are so grey, and the grey-area rules are used as a weapon againts non-staff players when it comes down to a staff power-trip.
Q: Are there no staff standards? Like rules, guidelines, or something? Or is it just a free-for-all once they get the rank? I noticed there isn't even a staff report thread, which is why I'm in this one. There SHOULD be a staff report thread.

There are staff guidelines.
Also what oreo is trying to say. If someone is shooting at you and hit you with a bullet. You can shoot back. If you put a kos sign up on the stairs of the pd (not at entrance) then you can kill anyone who passes the kos sign/line. Another thing you can do is have the mayor make a law to be protected.
