If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? It has been a while, but I used to own servers pre-covid with Jacob
What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? I have a ton of experience in sits of all sorts of difficulty, and enough patience to see them through
Do you have experience with SAM? Not as much as ULX but yes
Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) Yes, but I only work 3 days a week
What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? Monday 10-1, Tuesday All-day, Wednesday 10-1, Thursday All-day, Friday 10-1, Sat/Sun All-day
Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? I quickly assess the situtation by beggining with asking both sides what happened in a respecftul manner, I would then dictate whether or not player A deserves a warn for the RDM, but that depends on Player B's opinion.
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I would check the prop logs and determine whether or not the player was actually prop blocking and suggest that maybe have a video-clip of the situation would make it easier to make a decision on the outcome for player A
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? This means the accused player is most likeley being bullied, therefore, I would take him to a sit with a couple of the accusers and determine what is going on through respectful deconstruction.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? This is purley based on EGO and personally if I know he has nothing on me I would just tell him off and move on with my day. If he continued (at an annoying rate) I would simply mute him or warn him for harrasment.

+1 +1 +1 +1 +1 so many +1's to this man, I've known him for 8 years we've owned multiple ttt and darkrp servers been staff on multiple gmod servers through out the years this guy is genuinely just absolutely astounding. Your patience with people is extremely daunting. You've got an amazing heart and soul, and you are without question one of the sweetest kindest human beings I've ever had the privilege of speaking too, and becoming friends with. Good luck! <3
