How old are you? - 28
Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? - yes, I have been a mod on a Gmod server before.
If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? - Jouram RP ( I don't think it is active anymore ) and I was a Senior Moderator
What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? - I have a level of communication, and level headiness that can defuse situations and leave both parties happy with the outcome. I also would like to help get the server more active.
Do you have experience with SAM? - little experience, what I lack I more than make up in willingness to learn.
Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) - I work Monday through Thursday, and have class twice a week ( Monday and Wednesday ).
What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? - Weekdays - 3/4 PM GMT-5
Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? - Ask player A, why he killed player B, ask player B what happened, seperate the two and ask player A what happened. ask them both for proof, if neither of them do then I check logs and go from there.
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? - If a player accuses another player of prop blocking I would ask for video evidence, If they could not supply any evidence I would move on.
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? - if everyone is complaining about someone mass-rdming I would check the logs. If there was no video proof, or proof in the logs I would verbally warn the players for false reporting.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do - Gladly welcome the criticism, offer them a solution of asking for a higher up staff member to settle their issue, and invite them to take up their problems with someone more qualified.
