How many hours do you have on No Cancer RP? 1w 6d 15h 32m

Do you have a working mic in-game? yes

How old are you? 24

Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? yes

If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? Admin on Exhibrp, Superadmin on mericarp, admin on ICE servers (way back in the day) and a few others I can't recall.

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants?

I have a lot of past experience with being staff on servers, plus I'm pretty laid back and active.

Do you have experience with SAM? Yes

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) Yes a job

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day?
11 pm - 3AM

Scenario

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

First, check the logs to confirm if Player A indeed killed Player B without a valid reason (RDM).
Explain the rule to Player A: "Random Death Match (RDM) is not allowed, as killing another player without a valid RP reason breaks the server rules."
Since Player A is a new player, give them a warning and a brief explanation of the rules, specifically about RDM, to help them learn.
Inform Player B of your decision and return them to their roleplay.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

First, thoroughly inspect the area for any evidence of propblocking, including checking the logs for prop-related actions, and asking for a clip.
If no props are visible or logged and the player doesn't have a clip explain to Player A that you cannot take action without clear evidence.
Inform Player A that if they believe propblocking occurred, they can use a clipping tool (like recording their gameplay) to capture future incidents. Encourage them to provide that evidence in case the issue happens again.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?

I would investigate thoroughly by checking the logs over a longer timeframe to see if any other kills were recorded, in case the claim involves previous incidents. If the logs only show one kill and there's no additional evidence (like screenshots, videos, or confirmation from other staff), I would inform the group that the claim isn't supported by evidence and explain that I can only act on verified information. However, I'd still monitor the accused player closely for a short time to ensure no further RDMing occurs. I'd also advise the group to report future issues with solid evidence or to record suspicious activity in real-time.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do

If a player calls me a "shit admin" and threatens to report me, I'd stay calm and professional. I'd ask them to explain their concerns and offer to handle the issue through the proper channels, like a formal staff report. I'd remind them that staff are here to ensure fair play, and if they have legitimate proof, they are welcome to submit it.
