How many hours do you have on No Cancer RP? 10 hours sadly :< but it can improve
Do you have a working mic in-game? yea but i need to hold it and speak slowly for people to hear me

Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? yep
If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank?
eclipse = trial mod, i left the server cause it kinda died off and moved to police rp
anarchy server = admin, left cause server also died
What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants?
i am mod and have high ranks in many discord servers and i am used to SAM with keybind set for it which is easiest for me to use. ik how to see both sides even if its from a clip i will try my best to be kind to sits and such. i will also mostly be on staff duty when other mods are not online to help people with their problems
Do you have experience with SAM? yes
Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) I got school i get a LOT of homework but it shouldnt be hard for me to complete and i have free time from 3pm utc to 11pm utc
What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? like about 5-2 hours i will prob go to other servers or just sit in cancer rp making loads of cash and making friends within it
Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? i would ask player A if they know about RDM and why would they RDM player B if player A says they were robbing, shooting or just protecting a friend i would just tell player B to recheck rules incase he misunderstood it, IF not that i will ask player B for a clip if player A didnt have a valid reason for killing him. if he doesnt have a clip i will check logs.
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I would ask player A if they reported the wrong player or for a clip if player B deleted the props to not get in trouble.
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? I would ask them for a clip or ask them if they sure if its him, if its him i will try see if he joined on a other account to prevent a ban. if i see nothing included i will just say i cant do much to help the massrdming but i will watch over him to see if anything is weird of him.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do : i will be calm and get a high rank to come and see if i done anything wrong and see if i am actually a shit or fine admin, if he is just doing this to make me rage bait i will give him a warning for it and cancel the sit.

+/-Rep has claimed to work for other servers in the past that I have never heard of
My only concern is the age. Would recommend to be placed on the trial period to observe level of maturity and professionalism. I would also like to see an increase in hours on the server to show dedication to becoming a staff member
