Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? Yes
If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? I have been staff on this server many times, highest rank ive achieved was possibly senior Mod but i cant remember. I have also been mod on RainRP but that server is gone.
What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? I am a patient person, fair, and able to stay calm in extreme situations. I work efficiently when it comes to sits, I always listen to both sides of the story before coming to a conclusion, obviously checking the logs before taking any action. I also have prior staff experience in many servers in the past, and know how to handle sits, communicate with players and keep things professional.
Do you have experience with SAM? Of course i do but would appreciate a run-through.
Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) I have a full-time job but i will still be able to make time to assist on the server.
What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? After 6pm EST
Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? After bringing them both to a sit, i would listen to both sides of the story then check logs to confirm the situation lines up with what Player B and Player A is stating, after doing so if everything is true then i would first give a verbal since its a new player and explain why he/she should not be rdming and refer them to our MOTD/Rules.
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I believe SAM allows us to see certain prop models that have been placed and at what time so i would go based off that and if not then i would ask for evidence from the player who reported or a witness of the prop block, after receiving the evidence needed i would take the correct action for the player who was propblocking.
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? I would bring one player at a time to listen to their part of the story and ask for evidence, if no evidence is shown i cannot do anything since logs is saying that specific player only rdmed one player, then id go to the next and so on so forth.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do I have nothing against that, as professional as i am, i would refer him to our forums and provide him/her our link to the forums to submit a complaint, and advise that i am terribly sorry for any inconvenience i may have caused the player.
