Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? - No
If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? - N/A
What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? - I'm a pretty good people person, but at the same time have no problem laying down the law when need be.
Do you have experience with SAM? - No
Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) I am currently in my 7th year serving in the USMC, that job will have to take priority over the server.
What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? Between 5pm-12am EST Weekdays. 12pm-4am Weekends
Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? - Ask "Player A" what justification he had for killing "Player B". If player A expands on a justifiable reason for killing player B then i shall investigate that reason for evidence (Logs, Chat, Screenshots, Replays, Etc) I would also look into Player A's sit history to see if he is a repeat offender. Based on the information gathered, I will make the appropriate decision on how to move forward with the sit.
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? - Make sure there isn't any invisible props as well as check the accused player's sit history, if not then perhaps spectate the accused player for a bit to see if he propblocks.
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? - Investigate the situation and interview the players involved, as well as do a background check on the player to see if he has been accused before. If the information gathered from my investigation turns up cold. Then I will turn the accused player loose, but spectate for a bit to see if he does anything to confirm these accusations.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? - Tell the player he is more than welcome to submit a staff report if he sees fit. If they do, then an investigation would reveal that I am indeed not a "shit" admin and that I am actually a very good staff member.
