On the staff application I believe we should update a question on it as it will help the staff figure out whether they should be made tmod or not. The question i think we should update is, 
If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? 
I think that we should also add this to the question
Why are you not staff on the server anymore?
So now the question will be
