Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Get each players side on the situation, see if it was accidental or not. Explain to player A you have to have a reason to kill. Have player a read motd

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? Check logs and rely on what they say. Monitior said player for a few minutes and see if he does something.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? Ask the player "if he really thinks that", if yes, "the forums are always open let me assist you there"?

You are pretty chill to hang out with and do RP things with. But two issues for me that is pushing me into the -1 territory instead of a +1 

Firstly, While you don't have experience as staff. your Scenarios lack details. We want to know if you understand not only how to handle a situation, but also how to give out proper punishment for said rulebreakers, and I don't see in any of your scenarios (Specifically Player A RDM's Player B) You completely left this one blank.
 

Secondly, the application seems rushed. I don't want to Knit pick too much but it gives off the feeling that you did not have time to put a lot of thought in writing the scenarios/questions (considering you left a few questions blank there as well.)

Although behavior in game is pretty good! Just fix the issues I stated above, and contact me via discord (Tag is in my signature) and I will read over it and change my -1 to Neutral or +1 if needed

-rep Application does not follow guidelines and is all over the place, with multiple parts having missing answers. Scenarios are answered in the wrong places, missing answers, or overall are just bad.

This just seemed rushed and you should remake it or you will most likely have no way of being accepted.
