So I was just banned for an ENTIRE day for NO reason at all. Apparently it was for Repetitive RDM, a ban issued by BOB, but I call bluff on this because I actually didn't RDM as he and so many people claimed I did. If that were the case, then every time I "killed" them, they would have clicked the "yes, he did RDM me button" that pops up on screen every time they die. But no, no one did that. And the proof that no one did that lies in the fact that I wasn't brought into a sit ONCE during the session I joined now where I was banned. So, technically, it wasn't RDM, because nobody, and I mean NOBODY, clicked, "yes, he did RDM me" when I "supposedly" killed them. 
For nearly 40 minutes, I was restrained by three individuals on two separate occasions. The first time by SCP-173 BGE and his friend Callabian, and the second time by Propane Daddy, not even a few seconds after my previous restraining ended, who PURPOSELY targeted me from spawn, following me out, where he proceeded to taze me the moment I got out, and then stuck me in a place far away from any players, where he didn't demand any ransom or demands from me, and instead just left me so no one could find me. I gave 100k to SCP-173 BGE and Callabian, money that they split, but still, they didn't free me. I contacted admins, BOB teleported, he told SCP and Callabian to free me because it had been past 10 minutes, and the moment that they did free me, they immediately restrained me again and set me in the exact same place. I contacted admins about this, none came to my aid, except Kalista, who TP'd to me, and actually DID recognize that they were abusing their restraints, but decided to drop the matter when she realized it was me, Number Six, because she has a personal vendetta against me going all the way back to when she was a staff member on Ethereal Gaming in 2021. She continues to deny that she is Kalista, even though I see right through her disguise and that the personal vendetta of five years still reigns supreme in her vengeful being. 
So what you can see here is this - as soon as the admins recognized that it was me, Number Six, they dropped the matter and let these sniveling, heathenish players continue to ruin my DarkRP experience. But if this was anybody else, they would have intervened without question and hesitation and put an end to this player abuse, which they didn't, because they have a personal vendetta against me. BOB sided with Propane Daddy and unjustly banned me for one day for "repetitive RDM", and completely glossed over the fact that I had been unjustly restrained for over 40 minutes for RDM that I didn't do, which I have already explained myself for in the above paragraph. 
As I am a reasonable man, I personally don't want to see BOB and Kalista demoted, but I strongly encourage the higher ups to take this matter into consideration and re-evaluate their future with this server, because this is shocking, appalling behaviour from a staff member and I expected better from them. While I'm waiting for my report to be answered the player comes back to his base and i tell him he has a fail base and his keypad is not connected and isn't working. Mind you its been 5 to 10 mins so i cant just sit out of his base for no reason of course. H4rold finally responds to my report and i tell him what's going on. He sees the new keypad and its blocking the ladder so now you cant even get in at all mind you. Tells him to no collide it and fix it and then disappears. I thought when fail bases were a thing you were supposed to be let it because its not like i couldve raided it at all its totally impossible. Hello, I was involved in a staff sit in which brought up some major concerns with me. Whether I was in the wrong or not rule-wise. I don't think this is how staff should be behaving on any game or server, where are the standards? Really puts a sour taste in my mouth and makes me lose trust in certain staff members. Up until now I was always very satisfied with this staff team. I was almost contemplating leaving the server completely because of this incident, but the good staff members who do their job properly outweighed the bad apples, so I figured I'd take my shot to report the matter instead in hopes that this gets the attention of the higher-ups of the staff team. Corrupt staff like this ruin the athmosphere and trust of the community, I cannot continue playing here knowing that this kid has a staff rank, knowing I can get in trouble just for getting a fair-n'-square kill on someone with a rank. I get this server's RP standards aren't ultra-serious, but the staff standards should be a thing. This blatant staff abuse is not a good look for any server, and I'm just trying to bring attention to the issues. Like I mentioned in my clip during the sit- I'm not here to be annoying or troll, I like to follow the rules, I like playing this server with my friends- but who wants to play a server with corrupt staff who'll retaliate over dying in a fair fight?

Just for a little context... I was warned for RDM x2 when I killed H4rold when he shot at me through the PD windows whilst I was providing Mayor Security as Secret Service/Mayor's Bodyguard. I mentioned to Sloon how I find it weird how he was on the window ledge, I told Sloon that I thought he used a prop to get up there.. later to find out he jumped up there with a lightsabre. (I didn't see the lightsabre, mistake on my part- yet I never accused him of cheating.) They took this out of context and made it seem like I was accusing H4rold of cheating, I did not, nor did I want to- I didn't even call a sit. H4rold, kept stating that I shot him and someone else, I'm very confused about that and even tried getting clarification during the staff sit but they were basically just mocking me and kept talking over me.
As included in the clip below, H4rold was saying some very concerning things after I was warned by Sloon when I made a !report asking for clarification about my warn for RDM x2 . When I asked for a reason he said "because we don't like you", and even threatened to add another warn on me for basically just asking why I was warned. He accused me of "clip abuse" and not showing the full clip, which I'm confused about because I sent Sloon the clip of the "RDM" that I was reported for, it's in my discord DM's, I'm convinced he didn't even look at it...

The staff members in this situation were just taking a piss out of the whole situation, communicated privately in a VC without me present when I was returned from the sit- then warned. I feel I was treated unfairly for someone who does the best to follow the rules here. And I will continue to clip to prove my innocence in situations like this, and when other players lie during sits. As mentioned in the clip, it's the first time I've been warned on this server and I've been playing near-daily with my friends since we joined on July 28 and I must say I've been having lots of fun! Up until now.. I don't even feel like playing anymore because I'm worried I'll get banned for speaking my mind or simply getting a fair kill.

I wasn't going to make an appeal for the warn because I could've cared less, up until the staff abuse- I want that warn taken off. It's a false warn to begin with and I've got all the supporting evidence that there was blatant staff abuse, and extreme miscommunication between staff. You can bet that I will report staff corruption and make it known when I see it. This is a blatant abuse of power and something should be done about this urgently. I hope to see Sloon take more consideration in investigating the matter next time.. and letting the non-staff person plea their case. He was very respectful at the begining of the staff sit, even told H4rold to calm down and gave me a chance to speak when I first got pulled into the sit and instantly cussed out and disrespected by H4rold. H4rold wasn't giving me a chance to speak with Sloon. It was until they all hopped in VC and he completely flipped like night and day, warning me for RDM x2. Nothing about H4rold's demeanour and performance was professional or respectful coming from someone representing the staff team, someone should seriously review his ability to be a staff member.

H4rold wasn't giving me a chance to speak with Sloon. It was until they all hopped in VC and he completely flipped like night and day, warning me for RDM x2. Nothing about H4rold's demeanour and performance was professional or respectful coming from someone representing the staff team, someone should seriously review his ability to be a staff member.

This happens a couple times which the kid returned to us following us where we went. the kid reported me and my team a few times where the admin yodie tp'ed us all and told us to just stop killing and tp'ed us back not letting us explain, this happens around 3 to 4 more times. the kid is eventually jailed, AFTER a good 15 minutes of this happening. He was jailed for rdming one of my team members, special was jailed for 5 minutes. right after This I am jailed for 10 minutes for no reason, In between this i have constantly told Yodie I have clips which I did, he wouldn't respond and eventually after what felt like eternity of this kid spamming the digornos pizza sound ear raping me he warns the kid for harassment and i am beyond angry since I told him we have clips and he wont even listen. Yodie then took away the kids tool so he couldn't spam it. So the kid switches to trump spamming his sound now. I kill the kid instantly as he tried spamming the sound which he reported me. in the sit he said he said i killed him which I did so i admit i did kill him and i change the subject trying to use the time in the sit to tell yodie that the kid is harassing us stop and as im explaining for the million time that i have clips, he said why didn't you tell me that and i yell at him along with my team member we have been telling you, you just do not listen. while I am in middle story telling yodie what this kid has been doing when yodie returns us, ignoring what we have told him. pretty much this whole time this kid has followed us spamming the sounds some charcters haves we have used the rules to get rid of him like warns, and kidnapping. This is not okay that when we are constantly being harassed that Yodie wont even try to listen to what happened and ignore us every way as possible. ive sent reports for harassment and he takes them and dismissed them instantly wiping them like it didn't exist. if this is how he treats his, makes sense why the server is dead. I think the worst part of this whole situation is how he didn't take it serous.

note- Im in a party with 3 people one left a lil after half way this was happening so when i was jailed for RDM it falls under the party rules but i couldn't explain this because yodie wouldn't listen. a majority of kills on this kid which were "RDM" were because of the party rules

when i was jailed i was making reports hoping another admin would see the situation seriously and yodie would take it and dismiss it i offer clips he declines saying i never said it. And the actual worst part is i was jailed longer then the kid and the kid special is still on the server breaking rules all the time and nothing ever happens to him except for a warn or a short jail. You can ask anyone on the server who has been on and they would tell you the pain the kid is. Funny thing is this whole incident could have been avoided if yodie took time to see what the kid was doing and if he would look at my clips. I hope no one has to deal with this again
