Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? Ask why player A killed player B, after hearing said excuse/explanation i check the logs to see exactly what happened, with player A RDMing Player B i check player A’s warns to see if they have previously offended, if they havent i give a verbal warning, if they have i give a punishment depending on how many times they have been warned in the time frame (has been verbally warned/warned once a 5 min pigeon, if theyve been warned/punished, i give a more severe punishment)

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I ask if player A has a clip, i then check prop logs to see what theyve deleted recently, if they have i punish them, if not no punishment

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? After teleporting *both* players to the sit room, I ask player B (returning player) what happened, depending on player A (new players) response I will try and figure out what specifically needs to happen, if they contradict each other heavily I will check logs, Either way I will dish any potential punishments out as deemed necessary.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I go into logs and check if player B has placed any props recently, if not I will tell player A I don't see any proof that Player B was propblocking and that unless he can provide any proof himself such as screenshots or any clips I cant do anything about it!

I ask any of these 10+ people if they have clips, if they do then boom I will gladly punish the guy, but on the off chance it is a group of people all lying just because they want to get some guy in trouble, I wont do anything about it except watch the guy that they have reported. Player A, a new player, RDMs a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

I would first ask Player B to explain why they called the sit. After hearing their side, I would give Player A an opportunity to explain what happened from their perspective. I would then review the logs and any available evidence before deciding on the appropriate course of action. If the logs confirm that Player A intentionally RDM'd Player B, I would issue the appropriate punishment according to the server's rules.

Scenario 2

Player A claims Player B is prop blocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

Since I haven't seen any evidence myself, I would first hear both players' sides of the situation. I would then ask Player A if they have any screenshots, video clips, or other proof to support their claim. If there isn't enough evidence to confirm that Player B was prop blocking, I wouldn't issue a punishment based solely on an accusation. However, if evidence is provided or I personally witness the behavior, I would take the appropriate action in accordance with the server's rules.

Scenario 3

10+ people are all saying the same person is mass RDMing, but in the logs you only see they killed one person. What do you do?

I would start by looking over the report and checking the logs to see what they show. Since the logs only confirm one kill, I wouldn't immediately assume the player is mass RDMing. I would ask the players who reported them if they have any video clips, screenshots, or other evidence to support their claims, while also keeping an eye on the accused player for a short time. I would stay calm and handle the situation professionally instead of arguing with the player. If they believe I handled the situation unfairly, I would encourage them to submit a staff report and, if they're willing, show me the evidence they have so I can better understand their perspective. If I realize I made a mistake, I would admit it, learn from it, and speak with higher-ranking staff if needed. I asked why did they RDM and If they return a answer that isnt correlating to the victims problem/situation, i will ask the victim if they want to warn the person, or recieve any (in-game) currency

I do know some Gmod Servers have a service where they can see stuff such, but i could check logs to see any removal of props, if i do see it, i can warn them for propblocking/failbasing (if its their base)

I would de-escalate the situation to my best, ask the Prosecutors and the "RDM'er", if the person didnt RDM i would just tell the 10+ People that he didnt do such thing and i would end the sit.

I would try to reason with him but, if he keeps persisting, i would just let him do whatever he says he was going to do as long as it doesnt affect others on the server or anyone IRL.

U4GM Tips for Metal Brackets in Arc Raiders

If you're trying to stock up on ARC Raiders Items, Metal Brackets are one of those drops that can waste a lot of your time if you wander around blind. The good news is that they don't seem to live in random places. Most players keep coming back to Electrical and Mechanical loot spots, and that's where I'd start too.
Where the game tends to hide them
Metal Brackets are usually tied to loot areas marked as Electrical or Mechanical, and that's the route that feels the most consistent. On some maps, Industrial zones can help as well, but they're more of a side option than the main hunt. If you open the map and see a Mechanical label, that's your cue. Don't overthink it. Just move there first and work the containers, devices, and anything that looks like it might spit out utility parts.
Small route choices make a big difference
A lot of players make the mistake of running straight into the busiest part of the map and hoping for the best. That usually burns time. Instead, check quieter edges near the loot markers and hit the electrical props people often skip. Portable generators are a decent example, especially on Dam. You may also run into useful spots near Custom Houses on Raven Tides, where the upper area by the extract has a few electrical objects worth opening. It's not a guarantee, of course, but it's the kind of stop that pays off when your luck's being annoying.
Why people care about them so much
The reason Metal Brackets get so much attention is simple: the Converging Paths project asks for them. In Stage 3, you need to extract with five of them, along with other relic-style materials. That makes them feel scarcer than they really are, because once a quest or project puts a number on an item, everyone starts chasing the same thing. If you already have a couple in storage, hold onto them. You'll be glad you did.
Trading can save you a headache
If the drop rate is being stubborn, there's another route. Some trader rotations let you trade Rusted Tools for Metal Brackets, and Rusted Tools are usually found in Mechanical or Industrial areas. That means you can still make progress even when direct Bracket drops refuse to show up. I'd keep an eye on the trader first, then decide whether it's faster to farm the tools or just keep looting the right rooms. Either way, don't sit in one spot too long.
Once you've got enough, get out clean and bank them. That matters more than people admit. A good run can turn bad in seconds, so if you're close to finishing the project, it's smarter to leave early than risk losing the lot. If you're looking to save time overall, it can help to buy ARC Raiders Bps before you start another long farm, since a little planning goes a long way in this game. Then you can come back with a clearer route and less guesswork.

I would check logs to make sure that player B was rdm'd by player A. If player A had killed Player B I would ask player B if he wants player A to receive a verbal warning or a formal warning. If player A had previously RDM'd I would punish player A according to how many people he RDM'd. If player A did not kill player B I verbally warn player B to not make false reports.

I would ask player A where the props that he is reporting are, if I could not see any props I would check logs to see if there were props there at the time of the report. If I still could not confirm that the props were there I would ask if player A had a clip or screenshot of the props there. Assuming that I still could not find the props I would give player A a verbal warning for false reports.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?

I would warn the player for the one count of RDM that I can see in logs. I would then spectate the player to ensure that he isn't RDMing, and if I get a report that he's RDMing while I'm spectating him I will verbally warn the reporter for false reports. If the player does continue to minge or rdm I would punish them accordingly for what they are doing or how many people they've rdm'd.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do

I would tell the player that he is welcome to post a report on the forums, he's allowed to report me, and if I actually did something wrong I should be punished accordingly as people in the administration team are not exempt from punishment.
