"False Ban" threads are all over both the "Player Reports" section and the "Garry's Mod" section. Why not throw them in a dedicated section? I typed up a little template if this helps any:
BAN APPEAL TEMPLATE
Please only submit an appeal ONCE!

enter both your Steam name and ANY rpnames you used during the session
-SteamID-
Use steamid.io for help
-Approximate date/time of ban-
-Who banned you, for how long, and why-
Try to reconnect to see this info!
-Why you should be unbanned-
-Evidence/proof-
Anything helps here, from console to pictures to videos, include anything you think may help you
-Extra comments (optional)-
Please allow time for these to be processed, have patience. If your appeal request is denied, DON'T submit another unless you have NEW CONCRETE PROOF that you would like to add.
