"False Ban" threads are all over both the "Player Reports" section and the "Garry's Mod" section. Why not throw them in a dedicated section? I typed up a little template if this helps any:

Anything helps here, from console to pictures to videos, include anything you think may help you
-Extra comments (optional)-
Please allow time for these to be processed, have patience. If your appeal request is denied, DON'T submit another unless you have NEW CONCRETE PROOF that you would like to add.
