How many hours do you have on No Cancer RP? 24.77 Hours.

Do you have a working mic in-game? Yes.

How old are you? 15 going on 16.

Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? I've never been staff on a gmod server.

If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank?

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? I have great social skills even when it comes to an online conversation or conflict. I am actually really gifted and am a fast learner so I will be able to comprehend being a staff member and memorizing commands in order to help. I am also disciplined so I know my place and will never go over board and beyond my rank to abuse powers and disrespect authority or players. This is personally the only DarkRP server I play on so my commitment to this server is prioritized as well.

Do you have experience with SAM? I have no experience with SAM but I do know it is an admin plug in and will be studying it in order to be operating at my full potential.

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) My high school is currently still in their virtual learning phase and I have easier hours to work around.Thursday and Friday nights are the only thing that may be an issue.

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? 6PM-11PM on weekdays but may be subject to minor changes. On weekends I can be on pretty much all day or whenever I am called.

Scenario

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
After hearing both parties out, I will leave Player A with a warning since it is their first time playing, and will see if I can give Player B anything they might have lost back to them so they can continue playing as normal. If this continues I will progressively bump up Player A's jail time.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Check the logs to see if Player B is telling the same story, and if not I will leave them with a warning to not make false claims. If Player A deleted the props before I came, I will give Player A a warning in order to discourage continued inappropriate behavior.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? I will always trust the logs before the players just because it is a more reliable source. If the person that this player killed was RDM and the person was NOT given warnings beforehand, then I will give the player a warning about RDMing. If the killing was warned and the kill was justified, then I will apologize to the player for his time being wasted and will let the others know that the logs did not say he RDMed.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do. I personally could care less about what a player thinks of me. If they claim that they have incriminating proof of me then I will ask to see the proof and try to resolve a possible miscommunication while recording our conversation. If that doesn't work I will encourage them to report it because I know that I did nothing wrong and therefore what real proof will they have? I'm not sure if there are rules against disrespecting mods but if there is that will be a warn and jail time.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I actually just built my first computer a few days ago and this was the only server I thought about while waiting because I haven't been able to play for around 3 years. Now that I have this instead of a laptop I will be more dedicated and pour more hours into this server.

If I'm being honest, I am just using what I think what would be best. I have no idea how to be a staff member and the right way to go about handling these scenarios. I want to learn and don't have to be staff right away. I'd rather know everything then start rather than figure it out as I'm going on and make easily avoidable mistakes.

That's fair enough. Nice application I'm sure you can learn.
