What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? I have the ability to see both sides of either situation without bias in place, i can keep emotions out of a sit entirely and focus completely on evidence, i also strive to be a de-escalator in any situation i encounter

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school)

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? CT, depends on schedule, off days i can be on any time of the day.
Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? Ask why player A killed player B, after hearing said excuse/explanation i check the logs to see exactly what happened, with player A RDMing Player B i check player A’s warns to see if they have previously offended, if they havent i give a verbal warning, if they have i give a punishment depending on how many times they have been warned in the time frame (has been verbally warned/warned once a 5 min pigeon, if theyve been warned/punished, i give a more severe punishment)
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I ask if player A has a clip, i then check prop logs to see what theyve deleted recently, if they have i punish them, if not no punishment
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? I check damage logs to see who he has damaged, he could be running around shooting but not fully killing people.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do I leave it with whatever he said, i cannot do anything, he can report me and let someone higher up deal with it
