What you are reporting for: I was playing as LuminaFX, minding my own business, Donk get on and start complaining about my light, saying i cant use all 6. As it is my job to do a performance, he start deleting my stuff. Which he had no right to do.

The issue was that everyone's fps was being dropped down to about 10. He only asked that you remove half of your lights to help fix that and you refused to do so, he even said he'd remove all of them if you didn't comply.
If you're causing general player disruption and refuse to change that, the staff member will be forced to take the matter into their own hands.

Upon reviewing the situation I have determined that the actions Donk has taken to attempt to fix a situation where peoples frames were dropping to approx. 10 FPS for everyone were within his power. The reason being is that there were players complaining about the frame loss and they were leaving the server as well. There were other avenues of approach that could have had a better outcome with this but this is a learning experience for everyone.

For how Donk responded to the situation with the negative language could have been better and I will speak with him about that. Nor was the way he spoke to you is acceptable. 
I have been made aware how another staff member was treating this situation in a negative manner as well so I will be reaching out to them about it.
