Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? Yes plenty of times. I've owned and managed many servers, communities as well just simple surf servers.
If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? Many Defconnations, Eugecus From 2012, SlaveRp's. Mind you these are all high manager rankings as well just some simple admin ranks. I appreciate any rank as a beginner but would love to climb as I know a few twists and turns
What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? Nothing makes me better than someone else. I'm active, I'm Nice, I enjoy having a great time on this server with everyone.
Do you have experience with SAM? Yes
Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) Im a chef outside of this whole gaming thing. Many hours in the kitchen and gaming is my passion
What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? All day. Im home after 10pm most times
Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? Kind sit both people together, hear both sides of the story. If all checks out we can get them to shake hands, or if one wants punishment we can warn, jail, or even ban someone if the logs checks out. Kindly return both players if the situation can be resolved
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Check on the left side of the screen whos prop it could be, if that dont work. Check recent prop spawns that wouldn't make sense in the logs.
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? Check logs always. Logs never lie as they are implemented for the help of staff and the Awes0me 0wner.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do! Expect im the shit and be done with it. If there is actual proof of being terrible at the job let the forums know, I would love to eat some popcorn and watch!
