- Rep Persistance: I am glad you want to be staff on NCRP, but in my experience, especially with staff applications for a game server, persistance can be looked at as a bad thing, such as making you look desperate for the power that the staff ranks can give, even if the powers are limited, they can still deal damage to the server if abused with malicious intent. Im not saying that is your intentions, but it can be looked at that way.
- Rep Age: Personally I think you are a bit young, I know I dont have much room to talk because I was staff in the past at the age of 12 or 13, but that was a prophunt server, the way things are carried over there are different than DarkRp, plus I was quite mature for my age due to my personal life growing up. I think there is the possibility with your age you could be a bit on the immature side and the staff team needs older and more mature staff who know how to handle themselves and are able to take the beating staffing can give without cracking. I dont have enough experience with you Evan to know how you would perform especially when under the stress of a full server with 50 or more players when there are multiple reports coming in one after the other, whether you are alone or with other members of the team.
- Rep ability to be active: Dont get me wrong, you are active, but my main concern is the fact that you have 13 days untill you go back to school, and at the age of 14, I believe you should be going into highschool if I am not mistaken. With you going into highschool, it's hard to tell how active you could be, and how you would perform with the stresses of both school and the server. I know how stressfull highschool can be, and let me tell you as someone who graduated back in May, it is best that you focus on doing well in your studies and graduate, I have never liked school, and I knew people who used to like school then went into highschool and changed that outlook within the first week, highschool can either be your best or worst 4 years of your life, also depending on your performance and committance to the server, your play time could be limited when you reach around the age of 16, depending on where you live in the US, you would be getting your drivers license, and possibly a job, which will both limit your play time, sports is another thing that will limit play time aswell.
- Rep Composure: Server wise you seem to hold yourself well, but after seeing your last application, I am having my doubts. You could have taken what was said and responded to it differently in a much better demeaner, like asking questions about the things that were said, instead of losing your cool and blowing up on Goon and Pope.
