After reviewing the evidence given, this falls under the case of targeted harassment and so the player will be banned for five days. While being a dick isn't a punishable action, harassment is. Since it was consistent and involved him trying to gang up other people upon you, he was banned for five days. The reason why it was shorter than a week is because while he did target you, I've seen worse on the server and the proof gets limiting if you try to stretch it too much. I recommend you cut contact with the person as it will not help your case if you keep contacting him.
