No I've never been scared in a sit and I've never not taken a sit if there is one active that needs to be taken ill gladly switch to mod and take it.
Preeeetty sure Volento means you didn't fill out any of the scenarios portion of the staff application. You might want to go and do that, because right now your staff app is incomplete.
