So looking at this, this isnt really a problem. Not all staff have the ability to fix something like this. Now if it came time and you were stuck in there any on duty staff can help by using !report (reason). I do not fully understand who you are trying to report and for what reason in this situation. Staff will not always respond to messages using @ due to so many people using it it can be hard to keep track of who needs help and who is just trynna talk with us.
