+rep Somewhat active and former experience
+/-rep Scenarios work but are still poor, possibly wording them better/lengthening them would make it look better in my eyes.
-rep From what I can see he can have an explosive temper when things go wrong. If you are able to prove to me this won't happen while you're staff I have no problem changing this part.

My recent explosive temper is due to a recent change in medication, will work on it tho ! I'm trying my best to disamorce situations at the moment , and my english isnt 100% perfect so yeah i should word my scenarios better but i wanted to make it short and quickly readable to fix stuff faster, will work on that aswell
