If you are going to take the time to write out a player report please proofread it and make proper paragraphs. Doesn't have to be a thesis or anything but try.
Also if you have clips include them in the report, use YouTube or another video hosting platform if your clipping software doesn't support direct uploads.
Seems like this situation wasn't handled well but it also doesn't look like staff abuse or a major issue. What resolution are you looking for here?
