Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before?
A: Unfortunately, I haven't. But, I have general moderation experience.
Reply: This is very vague, if this is your answer i would go alittle more in detail on your past moderation.
What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day?
A: EST.
Reply: This wasn't answered.
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
A: I'd probably require video evidence of said massacre. If I do receive it, I'll know that the person is not intending to have fun, lets just say.

Conclusion: Overall your staff app isn't bad, but very short or not answered properly/detailed enough in some areas. I would look over your app again and edit it, or reapply later.
