Recently, I've been trying to get onto your server and can't seem to join without it crashing. I think it's the fact I don't have the addons and maybe other people are having this same issue. For a solution to this problem, I'm asking for a addon list on the Steam group page.

It is on the steam group... But we've got automatic downloads for all the content, so I highly doubt you are crashing because of missing content.
