What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? Past experience, knowledge of this server, ability to communicate well in tough situations.

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) Yes I work Monday through Friday averaging 40 hours/week
What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? 12pm-8pm Saturday-Sunday
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? Check logs, find the offense, ask both parties about what exactly happened, punish accordingly if the reporting party decides they want to pursue the issue further.
Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Inform the reporting party that there are in fact no props or they have been removed. If it becomes a recurring issue (them false reporting information) I would verbally warn them to stop and if it persists I would warn them formally for false reporting.
10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? Depending on whether or not the single kill was actually RDM or not I would punish them for the RDM offense with a warn or jail depending on severity. If the kill was valid I would not warn them but verbally advise the 10+ reporters against witch-hunting other players.
A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? Allow him to do so while telling him I accept he has opposing views and that he is welcome to report any staff as he views necessary on the forums.
