Evidence: Here is a screenshot of the repeatedly teleporting to me to harass me, as well as uncloaking me I took from deep storage logs. I was going to let it go, but he won't leave me alone today 5/29/2019 either, so I've decided to escalate this to the forums. Shawn has video evidence of him warning me for harassment when I was mugging as a criminal, he said I was "targeting" people even though when dejavu checked logs I wasn't targeting anybody. Ever since I've joined the server he has proven to me time after time that he is not emotionally stable enough to be a staff member higher than trial mod, and I hope after seeing the situation he's put himself in, you can agree. I also want to add, earlier today I reported him for what I thought was chain adverting, he took the report and closed it without creating a sit, and the report was on him. As I was told you can’t take your own sits.

Ok, I was the one who told radio to warn you because of these reasons: You went into Darth Zan's Base on multiple occasions and killed him, most likely because of a hit. HOWEVER, After those hits you called him a "britfag" multiple times, even AFTER you died. Causing him to get mad. Mind You, This is NOT the way staff should treat players, I understand you were off duty, but still you are a staff member. Anyway, then radio came along. We fucked with him, knocking on his doors. You called radio a "Faggot" (in vc btw) which is not respectful to staff at all and the way you were acting today towards him shows that the harassment has escalated. I wasn't there for the staff abuse part, However, I feel that you are both in the wrong here.

The Warn For Harassment
Yesterday (At the time of posting this), I had joined the server planning on RPing all day, and it all started when I was trying to build a Casino. Hax and multiple others had come up to my doors and knocking on the repeatedly. I warned all of them to leave, none did, so I killed them all. Hax got very angry. Eventually, I built walls around the doors to prevent everyone from knocking on them. I gave up on the Casino idea and just went to walk around, building a Cart with wiremod that went to where I was looking. A few minutes pass and for no explainable reason, Hax started repeatedly mugging me, kidnapping me, calling me "Faggot" in Voice Chat. He kept on with this for about an hour and quite frankly, I was getting sick of it. I go on duty to do a few sits. I was waiting to speak with Officer Ramirez to ask him about whether or no I should warn him for RDM. Granted, he wasn't adverting messages in the chat about me, but I still feel that what he was Harassing me. Officer Ramirez said, "Yea, I witnessed a lot of it, just go ahead and warn him for Harassment". And so I warned him. He got extremely angry, more than I had ever seen before. He got Dejavu and Broken to come to where we were. Dejavu had checked many logs and came to the conclusion that it was not harassment. At that point, I just left the server.

The Cloaking and TPing
After I had gotten off, I joined back later around 8:30 after dinner. Hax was still a tad bit angry. 30 minutes passed, and no issues. Until about 9:40 or so, I start to follow him around. He went AFK for about a minute. When he came back, he went on duty so that he could noclip away from me trying to follow him. I went on duty as well. There were no sits to be done. He cloaked himself so I could not find him. As stated in his reply, he was "following a suspected prop-blocker". This statement that he has made, is not true. He was noclipping around the map, not investigating anything. I did repeatedly use the !goto command to find where he was (Image 1 of Resources). After the last teleport at 9:58 PM, I stopped following him.

The Harassment today in Discord
Today, at about 1:50 PM, I join the Staff Chat 2 Voice Chat channel, to find myself immediately getting harassed by Hax. He said things like "Your estrogen-filled hissy fit last night" and "Can we warn this guy for harassment?". He was constantly yelling at me because I was talking and being an overall rude person.

Conclusion
In the end, I 100% understand that I am in the wrong for some things that I have done. I am extremely sorry if I have caused any stress or unhappiness to anyone on the community because of my actions. Thank you.

I wasn’t angry and I’m still not angry, it’s a video game. At the end of the day as I’ve told dejavu, and as stated in this post, emotions have no business coming into play in a moderation/administration setting, and it’s clear you can not separate yourself from your emotions. On your statement of me calling you a faggot constitutes harassment, should we warn dejavu for calling me and several others a nigger? By your logic that’s harassment. I don’t understand how I could be calling darth zan a britfag after he kills me when there’s no chat log of that, and if you had actually looked at the renderings when he mass RDMd, I was across the map each time. He sat in movie theater and RDMd me 8x every time I left a spawn tunnel, my voice chat does not reach that far I can assure you of that. You have constantly abused your moderator powers as shown in the screenshots provided and in your false warn. If ooficer told you to warn me, you as a newly appointed senior moderator should’ve had better judgment than to warn me. But instead your emotions got in the way, you didn’t check logs, and you didn’t listen to reason. You are unfit to be staff in my eyes.

As for your claim of me saying you were throwing an estrogen fueled hissy fit, you were. However upon dejavus request, I have stopped saying that as well as goofing on you for your false warn. Now it comes to the forums.

Let’s also not forget when you were following me around, I went afk in spawn for a moment in which case you asked in discord if you killed me in the part of spawn that wasn’t spawn protected, If that would be RDM, you were told Yes so you didn’t, and I will applaud You for that as it’s the first case of good judgement ive seen from you

I want to say that I got banned standing up to his harassment and none of the staff would help me. No one would help me except for Radioactve, but the rest of the staff that was helping Hax harass me (SHAWN and even Alpha joined in) wouldn't listen to me after I started to RDM Hax to keep him away from me.

To explain my end of that harassment that day, my day went like this:

I joined and was building my base, I usually host a club as a DJ and I wanted to use the advanced duplicator to make it easy to replace instead of constantly replacing it. Less than 20 minutes into building, my front door is lockpicked and Hax breaks in guns firing.

His words to me were "I still remember you B****" and he proceeded to laugh at my death and call me "britfag" repeatedly until I respawned.

This brings in my story from the night previous when I was waiting to play a game of Plinko, I was standing with my cousin lifetime47 and another person (He was a golden Darth Vader) when Hax asked to play the Plinko. He put in a $500,000 bet and when the ball dropped into the machine, someone teleported him away. I'm not sure WHO, but I just know someone did. He lost the bet for Plinko and when he returned, the machine hadn't been touched.

He claimed he got scammed and flew off the handle on the Plinko owner (his name was pistol) and threatened to call a staff member. I joined pistol in trying to calm him down and all I stated was that I had seen it and he had, infact, lost. Hax told me to shut up unless I had ACTUAL EVIDENCE and just kept yelling at pistol. Golden Vader walked up and said he had recorded it and I'm sure he was proven as a loser which made him quite angry.

I wait around outside for his raid to end so I can continue building when I get some handcuffs slapped on my wrists. I am then berated as a "britfag" multiple times and once I break free to see Hax, I'm killed.

I leave the spawn and try to go back to my place when he meets me immediately meets me out of spawn and starts mugging me. I tell him just to kill me because I wasn't giving him any money.

I leave spawn again and hear him telling someone to place a hit on me in VC. Immediately, he begins chasing me and proceeds to kill me again, so I send in a report of harassment on the part of Hax and no one responds to it, so I just stay in spawn to avoid my death again. I see num nums in the spawn, so I run over and ask him if he can take my report and he says sure. Immediately after moving us and TPing Hax, the conversation is as follows:

"Hey, did you RDM this guy?"

"Nah. It was RP"

"Sorry man. It was roleplay. You better read the MOTD."

I then asked num nums if it was PERFECTLY FINE for him to keep on killing me with every ability at his disposal and even asking anyone to place a hit on me. num nums said he had NOT done that and Hax is just a staff member, so he would NEVER break rules. During this sit, Hax also began to yell at me calling me a "britfag" repeatedly until num nums said "shush."

I get returned and I go to my base, hoping Hax would stop. I then find an invisible prop on my door placed by Hax and I try to send a message just asking nicely for him to remove it. He showed up mid typing and when I sent it, he used the undo and I WATCHED the prop disappear and he told me I was a liar and I need to stop framing him. Hax now hovers outside my base while I still struggle to close the doors until he returns to claim a hit that was OF COURSE placed on me.

I return to my base and soon after, the door knocking clan (see Radioactive's post above) rushes my base that has a "KOS if you enter the building" sign on the front of it. I ask them to leave once and they all tell me no, so I try to kill them and Hax automatically has a gun out and kills me. I did deserve this death I do suppose.

I return for a quick delete of my stuff before he can find another way to kill me and this is when I hear him ASK SHAWN to place a hit and Shawn responds asking who he wants the hit placed on, so Hax tells him "Darth Zan"

I then try to return in order to erase what is left of my base and try to base somewhere away from the main town's bar. I am then raided by Hax who kills me and when I try to ask him why he is doing this, he called me multiple names including his favorite "Britfag" quite a few times while I try to ask him why he is harassing me.

I return for a quick delete of the rest of my stuff before he can find another way to kill me and this is when I hear him ASK SHAWN to place a hit and Shawn responds asking who he wants the hit placed on, so Hax tells him "Darth Zan"

Seconds later I am killed. AGAIN.

I make one last return and I finish selling the doors (the only thing that was left during this time) and I go to the area of multiple houses to make a house my base, but then I notice Hax is on the roof of a nearby building, so I just hide and take refuge at a house when I am teleported to by Shawn who says "Hello Gamer" and just hovers before noclipping outside and pointing at the building with a Physics Gun. I hear the door open and I pull out a shotgun, which Shawn chastises me for just pulling a gun out and Hax jumps the corner and shoots me. This one wasn't even warranted by ANYTHING.

Someone had a casino open at this point, so I hid in the building to hopefully escape any more deaths to Hax. I was fuming and just wanted ANYTHING to do that could protect me. Hax enters the base and pulls a gun, but the owner is able to kill him in time to save me. Next time though, Hax catches everyone by surprise by returning to "play the games" and he pulls a gun. I am the first to die in the situation.

I come out of spawn and he instantly grabs me with cuffs and puts me on a wall and asks me "Please break out so I can kill you." I refuse and so he just says "I guess I can kill you anyway." and he kills me, then referring to me a few more times as a "britfag"

I go and hide out in the outskirts, but I am definitely not having fun not being able to roleplay, so I did an illogical thing since NO ONE would help me and I used a sniper I had bought and began to RDM him repeatedly, but I stayed in the theater and Hax kept returning to LET ME kill him. He was RDMed by me 8 times which I felt was deserved at this point as I could be heard by staff which was ignoring me.

Radioactive jailed me and stripped me, so I just begged him to listen to me before he bans me. I tell him Hax had been harassing me and I couldn't even RP like a normal person because of what he had been doing. Radioactive says he knows how I feel and said he could try to see if he can help me out in some way. I thanked him for finally being the person to listen to me. Just as I say that Hax shows up to ask "What was the RDM for? That was uncalled for bro."

I told him he was harassing me over last night which he had been playing dumb the whole day and acting like he wasn't aware of this event. Alpha showed up (who dealt with the Plinko incident) and I told Alpha that Hax had been targeting me all day and harassing me all day over the previous night's events. Alpha told me it doesn't matter and that I did Mass RDM. My side meant nothing. Radioactive was cast aside and while Alpha is trying to ban me, Hax is repeatedly calling me a "RDMing Britfag" and finally I told him to shut the hell up and to go die in a hole.

He gasped in horror and told me I was being disrespectful toward staff and that was the last thing I heard before I was banned for however long I was banned.

Hax is abusive and the fact that other staff want to support his harassment of people who have wronged him in small ways is petty and disgusting. I know he'll deny it here and I have zero proof, so take my words with a grain of salt, but I want my side to be heard and I don't know where to put it rather it's a report on Hax, an appeal, or whatnot.

I'm not the only one with access to the Ruby Rose class, and again, a simple check of the deep storage logs for TPs will show that I was not the one to be TP'd away while playing plinko, as I wasn't playing plinko. I have never admitted to play plinko, as I was not playing plinko. lol. 


Again, as is a common allegation against me, I do not ask for players to place hits on specific players, I do ask for hits from time to time, but I don't ask for specific players to be requested on because that's against the rules.

Why do you think it's a common allegation against you that you ask for specific hits? Oh yeah, because you do it.

It's nearly impossible for me to catch you saying it. VC is near impossible to document without running a full recording software 24/7. I know you LOVE to exploit that ability, but for real, you have no place to complain about targeting.

You just admitted to targeting people. My story, rather it includes you playing Plinko or not, is still harassment. You had Shawn TELEPORT TO ME and show you where I was.

Why did you have him do that? Why did he do that? What was the point of that? Stop ignoring the real questions just to keep stating the whole "I would never break the rules" trash you keep throwing at me, because if you were warned for all the crap you pulled yesterday, you would've been banned.

I know with utmost certainty that you used an invisible prop (or a prop with a see through back like a sign) to block my door. You removed it before I was able to document that.

I know with utmost certainty that you also were asking for specific hits. Too bad VC is nearly impossible to catch 24/7.

I know with utmost certainty that targeting the same 2 or 3 people for 2 hours straight is still technically a form of harassment no matter the case. That is ridiculous that you felt the need to target and kill me 12 different times yesterday ANYTIME that I came into town center. There was NO REASON for you to constantly insult me after I asked you to stop insulting me. There was NO REASON for you to use your staff buddies to find and kill me some more when I was hiding out somewhere.

I'm sure no staff will dig through your DeEp LoGs to find Shawn's corruption and they won't stand up and tell anyone on here that you were constantly calling me names and acting like something was personal. 

Now that I mention it, no one will dig through them logs to find out which person it was playing the Plinko. I just have to take your word for it and I don't trust your words because 99% of them are utter lies and deception.

I'm not going to dig through deep storage and prove my innocence. it's innocent until proven guilty not guilty until proven innocent. You can mock the phrase "Deep Storage" all you want, but that's literally the name of it so that's neat. I've never once stated I don't break the rules, I've got my fair share of warns just like everyone else. It's a common allegation because I stated I take hits, I mug, I kidnap, I raid.. CONSTANTLY. I do a constant circle of those while obeying the respective cooldown for each one because I get bored if I don't. So of course people are going to think I'm asking for hits, or I'm targeting, because literally all I do is mug raid kidnap or take hits. Your textscreen was what blocked your door from opening, dejavu can attest to that, they tried to tell you that, but you saw my playermodel and started screaming to get away like you were a pig in a slaughterhouse.
