What you are reporting for:

I received a warning from him of RDM after warning a trash collector to back away from me, in which I killed him after the third warning as normal after he moved a bit. It was deemed by Jack that I was too far away and that my warnings were invalid, but I reached out to another member of staff, NCRP Selene, and he deemed me as close enough to make the third warn still valid. I would personally like this warning removed.

After looking at it, I only have one question, was he just sitting there not bothering you, or was he collecting trash or following you?

Aspect ratio is fucked a little bit which might warp the perception, but from my eyes, it looks like he was across the street when the event ended.

He was collecting trash from me before, then I warned and killed him and he came back and started doing it to my party member next to me. So I warned him to leave us alone again.

The event ended after he almost a streets length away from me as he was following my party member closely, but from my perspective the third warning was issued before he had moved. It's actually the main argue point of this warning that of which if it was close/far enough due to the only evidence I can provide being the logged event picture. Jack, who issued the warning argued I was too far if the third warning was issued then, but Selene had argued otherwise. Hence the reasoning of the report.

You said he was vacuuming trash from someone somewhat near you, if he was right in front of you turned to the side in order to vacuum the other guy I'd understand. It's a petty reason to attempt to warn and kill someone in the first place, then when I check the logs from the first hit he was far away from you. There is no direct way to check if he moved away after or before the third warn and regardless, am I expected to believe you warned him 3 times. He didn't move after the 3 warnings he backed up then you decided to shoot him?
