How old are you? I am currently a very young age for the staff team, but i am 14.

Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? Negative, thats why im going for NCRP staff?.

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants?  Well i dont think i truly have any "special skills" that i can posses. I am 14 so it can take a minute for me to adapt to staff rules and commands (such ass taking sits by myself for the first couple times or being the only staff on duty) .

Do you have experience with SAM? No.

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) Currently Im free from school untell the 22, than I have school.

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? I can probably average 5:00pm to 11:00pm.


Scenario

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? When player B calls for the sit I will teleport A and B to the sit room, I will ask Player A why did they RDM player B as hes giving information ill be looking at logs. After i get player A's information I than will proceed to ask player B for their proof/information. If player A did RDM he will be verbally warned or jailed.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I will teleport to player A and ask where is the propblocking, if he doesn't show/prove that player B was propblocking I will check logs. Logs will show me time stamps of when player B placed props/deleted any props. When there is no props i will tell player A that logs show no props and i didn't see any.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? I would teleport one of the 10+ people and ask them for any information such as "video or screen shots" if nothing is provided I will look at logs, If I see he only killed on person I will let the person know.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do?  I would ask for proof such as a video,  If one is provided i will apologize and talk to the higher up on how i can fix it.

- Rep Persistance: I am glad you want to be staff on NCRP, but in my experience, especially with staff applications for a game server, persistance can be looked at as a bad thing, such as making you look desperate for the power that the staff ranks can give, even if the powers are limited, they can still deal damage to the server if abused with malicious intent. Im not saying that is your intentions, but it can be looked at that way.

- Rep Age: Personally I think you are a bit young, I know I dont have much room to talk because I was staff in the past at the age of 12 or 13, but that was a prophunt server, the way things are carried over there are different than DarkRp, plus I was quite mature for my age due to my personal life growing up. I think there is the possibility with your age you could be a bit on the immature side and the staff team needs older and more mature staff who know how to handle themselves and are able to take the beating staffing can give without cracking. I dont have enough experience with you Evan to know how you would perform especially when under the stress of a full server with 50 or more players when there are multiple reports coming in one after the other, whether you are alone or with other members of the team.

- Rep ability to be active: Dont get me wrong, you are active, but my main concern is the fact that you have 13 days untill you go back to school, and at the age of 14, I believe you should be going into highschool if I am not mistaken. With you going into highschool, it's hard to tell how active you could be, and how you would perform with the stresses of both school and the server. I know how stressfull highschool can be, and let me tell you as someone who graduated back in May, it is best that you focus on doing well in your studies and graduate, I have never liked school, and I knew people who used to like school then went into highschool and changed that outlook within the first week, highschool can either be your best or worst 4 years of your life, also depending on your performance and committance to the server, your play time could be limited when you reach around the age of 16, depending on where you live in the US, you would be getting your drivers license, and possibly a job, which will both limit your play time, sports is another thing that will limit play time aswell.

- Rep Composure: Server wise you seem to hold yourself well, but after seeing your last application, I am having my doubts. You could have taken what was said and responded to it differently in a much better demeaner, like asking questions about the things that were said, instead of losing your cool and blowing up on Goon and Pope.

if you been denied over and over again been told to stop making apps it comes off as now you would get staff and abuse it or act a fool with the perms inside this and plus you are 14 if you older maybe but based on what everyone else is saying i would think a blacklisted form the forums would make sense
