it is false ban. i was told to stop with the lumina lights "bc there were too bright and lagging the server". so i left. there wasnt a sit or nothing

Here to put in my two cents.

You know what you were banned for, Donk just didn't put it in the ban message because I'm sure he didn't think he needed to. 

You were banned for minging with the Lumina FX lasers which was dropping everyone's fps to ~10.
You did it multiple times, even after being told to stop and you were kicked for it sometime prior to the ban yet you continued. 
You are lucky to have not been banned for longer for NITRP.

So upon reviewing the situation the decision that was made was a valid decision. Though you were acting within your job description several witnesses of the event came to myself about the issue and complained about the lag that it created for players along with people leaving. So the main reason it is being denied was that 2 staff members have approached you when they noticed there was a problem that affected the players who were running around in a negative way which has led them either to leave the server or go do something else until what you had was gone. Though you were acting within your job it was negatively affecting the server and its players. 

I apologize for any inconveniences that this has caused but lagging other players and the server is not allowed even if it is using things like the Lumina job and creating a club. If a staff member specially from management says to stop something there is a reason behind them saying that.

Lights would have been deleted when he left, I don't see why a ban was justified, especially one with that ban reason and that length of time. From the video posted in Mitten's player report, the two staff in question handled the situation poorly overall, one using slurs and the other making fun at the expense of Mitten's recent exodus from the staff team. This isn't how I'd expect our staff to behave at any rank and reflects poorly on our team if this is the way we treat players regardless of their actions. Staff should handle every situation without bias and with a level head. Do I think Mittens should have stopped when he was told to stop? Yes. Do I think him being banned after leaving, fulfilling the deletion of the Lumina FX props, was a wise choice by the staff member? No.
