What is your steamid?(this can be found here: https://steamid.xyz/) STEAM_0:0:100467881

What is your discord @ ? _definitelynotalex or DefinitelyNotAlex#4178

How many hours do you have on No Cancer RP? 105 hours

Do you have a working mic in-game? Yes

How old are you? 16

Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before? Yes

If you answered yes to the last one, which server and what rank? Senior Moderator

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? From what I've heard and seen, this server uses a very similar administration stack as my old server (SAM, GAS, Billy Logs, AWarn3), so I'll require minimal training / mostly refreshers + I can get really loud so I can win against other players in a screaming match.

Do you have experience with SAM? Yes

Do you have any other significant commitments? (such as a job or school) I'm a full time student and I work a job

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? 11pm - 3am EST on weekdays | Weekend can depend heavily, but until mid March my weekends should be mostly full availability

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

When it comes to fairly moderating a server, seniority or playtime should not be a factor of the moderators decision. I would ask both players to explain their side of the story (in many cases, "RDM" could simply be a mistake or misunderstanding of the situation and/or of server specific rules), then check logs to see which parties story checks out. If logs do not lead me to a clear or satisfactory conclusion, I'd explain to Player B that there is insufficient evidence to support an RDM case. From here I could either end the sit, or ask if Player B has any other proof of RDM (such as a video). If at any point the evidence clearly pointed to Player A committing  rdm, I'd issue a warning unless Player B requests otherwise (sometimes I see staff jail people for RDM, so I'd need explanation on what this server considers a jailable offense/scenario).

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
Depending on how much information is available to me in the logs, I can check if Player B has deleted any props during or very close to the sit. However, even with that information it would be an incredible stretch to take any particular stance with out physical evidence. If Player A is serious about pursuing a punishment, I could ask if he has any evidence such as a video. Otherwise I'll have to explain to Player A that I cannot issue a punishment without any further evidence. I would close the sit and return both players, then if possible I would follow Player B while cloaked for a short while to see if they attempt to prop block.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
This is a potentially tricky situation. While it's possible to RDM in ways that don't show up in logs (which is probable), it's also possible that this is a case of harassment. This  depends on how detailed the logs I have access to are, but I could try to correlate entity spawning with the death of a player (an example would be the potential RDMer spawning Fuel Tanks, then the victim dying suddenly). In addition to snooping the logs for any potential evidence, I would call in a more senior staff member to assist in this case. Otherwise, without any evidence of MRDM, I'd have to settle with issuing an RDMx1 warn. [I'd appreciate feedback on this scenario as this is a tough one to work out]

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do
As a staff member, It's important to be the bigger person. If I can't take the heat, then how can I be expected to make level headed decisions? I'd apologize for his unsatisfactory experience and tell him that it's his prerogative to report me if he sees fit, depending on how heated the player is, I would ask for what I could do to improve in the future. I'd likely explain the situation to my "supervising" moderators/admins to get a foot forward on the situation. Otherwise I will continue on with my day, as toxic players are more of a when and less of an if on GMod.

Hello, I am one of the Event Managers on NCRP. If you have any questions or issues you want to talk about, feel free to pm me on Discord (WeebIsASadCat#1604) or when I'm on the server. I'll try to answer them when/if I can. (This goes for anyone and everyone. Make sure they are actual questions though.)
You can also send me a message via the forums here but it will most likely not be answered right away as I only check the forums once or a few times a day.
If I am offline on discord try your best to not ask me questions as I am most likely busy with something or it's late at night and I'm trying to/am sleeping.
