What you are reporting for: Exactly Instruments falsely warned me twice today with no discussion of how I broke the rules, he only said "im so bored of dealing with this". I kidnapped ElChapo when he was outside of his base on the street, no where near his building sign. Exactly tped to ElChapo and immediately started releasing him. I said im not breaking any rules and he went on to say that I cannot kidnap anyone if they are building, even if they are away from the base. He then warned me for "kidnapping a person while building" and when I made a report to either talk more about the situation or speak with a different admin, he warned me again and kicked me.

What you are reporting for: There was a gang war going on and I was a crip. Bosco had a green tint to his blood outfit so you couldn't really tell his playermodel. I saw him on the street and I killed him. His buddie Tehyen took his sit and told me that I'm in the wrong which I was. This was a first time offense today... (similar thing happened yesterday but ofc nothing was done). Bosco told him to jail me and Tehyen did just that for a simple misunderstanding of RDM. Something needs to be done because noting is ever put into place or accepted as a report. They also began messing with me and taunting me and gave me a jail for 50 minutes which lasted about a minute. I was jailed for around 6 minutes total.

What you are reporting for: I rdmd someone out of pure confusion( thought it was my friend ). When I was brought to a sit Wolg didnt even ask me what happened on my end which was ok. I explained to him that I would take a warn because I MISTAKENLY killed him and was owning up to it. He didnt listen to me,  Wolg instantly picked me up and took me to spawn area. At the same time, Another report came in from the guys friend saying I killed him. (The guy raided my base so I killed him). I then got jailed for 5 minutes. He also said I got jailed because I had a fail base. Its not fail its completely following the rules.

^ a mod had already muted me for 10 minutes for saying "Lil' Nigger". I was not warned or talked to by any mod whatsoever about my comment. Could I be banned for it? No, because the MOTD has no punishment guidelines for "racism". The closest thing is harassment (which is a warn) or FailRP (which is also a warn). Also, other server members have been extremely racist too, but have not received any punishment (THIS CLAIM IS UNDENIABLE). Now, onto the alleged "Nitrp". First of all, I had just been on the server for about ten minutes. Secondly, the most provocative thing I did was attempt to blink into the hide-and-seek event (something which I was just jailed for). Any non-retard can conclude that alone should not warrant the three-week NITRP ban. What about previous sessions? Nope! I rdmed a few times (which gave me the warranted warns), NOT BAN WORTHY. Now, finally, onto "minge". Take a look at Staff Rules and Punishment Guidelines (something I seriously recommend to some of NCRP's more autistic moderation).

Now, blink abuse (what I did during the hide-and-seek event) warrants a WARN. ONE bout of blink abuse (SOMETHING WHICH WAS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF WITH MY JAILING) does NOT warrant a ban. 

Let's recap: The nitrp claim is entirely erroneous, the minge claim is extraneous and entirely irrelevant, and there was NO "extreme racism" during my latest session and if that warrants a ban, then there is clearly a double standard set against me because equally racist server members have NOT received bans.
