^ a mod had already muted me for 10 minutes for saying "Lil' Nigger". I was not warned or talked to by any mod whatsoever about my comment. Could I be banned for it? No, because the MOTD has no punishment guidelines for "racism". The closest thing is harassment (which is a warn) or FailRP (which is also a warn). Also, other server members have been extremely racist too, but have not received any punishment (THIS CLAIM IS UNDENIABLE). Now, onto the alleged "Nitrp". First of all, I had just been on the server for about ten minutes. Secondly, the most provocative thing I did was attempt to blink into the hide-and-seek event (something which I was just jailed for). Any non-retard can conclude that alone should not warrant the three-week NITRP ban. What about previous sessions? Nope! I rdmed a few times (which gave me the warranted warns), NOT BAN WORTHY. Now, finally, onto "minge". Take a look at Staff Rules and Punishment Guidelines (something I seriously recommend to some of NCRP's more autistic moderation).

Now, blink abuse (what I did during the hide-and-seek event) warrants a WARN. ONE bout of blink abuse (SOMETHING WHICH WAS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF WITH MY JAILING) does NOT warrant a ban. 

Let's recap: The nitrp claim is entirely erroneous, the minge claim is extraneous and entirely irrelevant, and there was NO "extreme racism" during my latest session and if that warrants a ban, then there is clearly a double standard set against me because equally racist server members have NOT received bans.

Reason: out of game trading

False? Did I do what I was accused of?: This ban is technically false... I have not been involved with any out of game trading, though I suppose I have conspired to do so.

Why should I be Unbanned?: While I was banned for out of game trading, I never have actually committed the act. I did not know that this was a rule, as I have witnessed plenty of people, including staff, sell their custom classes for real money. While yes, I should have been aware of the rule as I am a regular, I did not even commit the act. I believe my case is moreso a case of malicious entrapment which was carried out through having a 3rd party message me on discord asking to purchase my class for out of game money, which I had mentioned to him I was considering doing in the past. I dindu nuffin and I believe I was set up as part of a pursuit of a personal agenda. As I never even committed any out of game trading and I was hard b8ed by staff into potentially doing so, I do not understand how this case warrants any more than a minor punishment.

What is your ban reason? I got banned as a Swat Sniper. The law was owning a gun without a license is AOS. When this staff member who was roleplaying as a gnome (Schwifty) was in the middle of the street holding a gun, I pulled out my handcuffs, arrested him and I instantly get blasted by his party member. Then, I walk out of spawn and the guy I just arrested FROZE me as a Gnome. He then crash bans me and now we are here.

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of. I was accused of mass rda. I accidently misunderstood a citizen for punching me 10 minutes before that. I was released from the sit without a warn. I then lawfully arrested this admin and he claimed I MASS RDA'd

Why should you be unbanned? I think I should be unban because I was following the current laws and Schwifty is abusing his powers when he got arrested lawfully.

So, not really an issue more so a pain in the ass when you spawn in. That pain in the ass being, getting armor(doesn't really apply to some people in the server). I think the current methods of getting armor are just tedious(or cost IRL money, or take a significant amount of time to acquire) and this small problem could be fixed by adding armor as an item you can equip from your inventory or bank. 

The current methods of getting armor when you spawn in include:

Being a member of Civil Protection(cops)

Having a staff member give it to you

Grabbing it from PD room next to reception desk

and/or

Buying perma armor with credits.

I think the best way to solve this little problem would to make armor an item you can buy from a dealer. 20k for singles, 200k for shipments. Whenever you'd want to equip the armor, you'd drop one from your inventory and interact with it. That's really it.

I have been seeing less interactions, and more rp chaos. Players dont follow there job rules and the rp aspect. If it was enforced a bit more to stick with the rp aspect of your role and being informative to what you can do with the role. Players can make new opportunities, and in turn new stories to tell later in the chatrooms. basically what im typing is more helpful tips and being a bit more direct to people emboding there roles. thank you for the time on my first suggestion have a good day!

made a base behind waterfall, didnt know you couldn't have a crouch spot to get into your base as i've seen many people with the NCRP name use them. told U wasn't allowed to do that, I didn't make it a big deal and changed it right away. The person comes back, I get an alert on my e2 that someone is in there, i use my keypad number to get through which I didn't realize wasn't allowed because I have seen many people do it as well to stop me from raiding their base. teleported back to a sit, i am told i am not allowed to do this and that he will give me a verbal warning. right when the player says that hes gonna come back for my printers and I told him no he aint. i am put in a cage after that was said I am told to read the rules so I leave so this person would not be able to obtain my printers. Come back an hour later with a ban. I understand my mistakes but giving a ban for something as simple as that because someone couldn't get my two printers is obsurd.
