Hello everyone  If you're here reading this I just want to let you all know that staff member Echo is an amazing staff you have on board with you!

little scenario to explain why he's amazing

1. Strubery (also staff) had a hit and killed a new player, the new player had thought it was RDM and so strubery just kept saying to the new player that it was a hit and just left it as is. he also had told echo, who was on duty to not accept the new players sits because (he's new, I already told him it was a hit numerous times.)

Now who is echo the leading face of NCRP Staff right now you ask? Echo even though Strubery had said he told him it was a hit and what not, he decided to accept the new players sits and explain to him what had happened. disregarding what Strubery was typing outloud in OCC. Echo has also said in chat "If he doesnt know what a hit is, explaining it to him instead of being a mean boi" (Staff you can pull up the chat logs from 9/3/19 10:20 AM PST - 10:40 PST if you'd like to check) I feel that Echo did the right thing here and is showing that the server is to welcome people into staying, not just disregarding issues and or concerns. 

A+ for Echo, I demand that he gets a raise!

Ima explain what happened before so I was told not to mic spam after micspamming after 10 secs of being a hobo king and I was told by broken I could since no sit/ no one complained and then alexx turns to nobo and starts to mic spam. so im walking around doing my thing I walk past them and I get gagged and alexx is still mic spamming I say ok that's it I'm taking you to forums on recording. THEN he tells alexx to stop so that's what happen. I want kingy to be talked to cause I think it was unacceptable cause they were harassing me in a sense as well.

Evidence: The story was I kidnapped echo when he was afk and I go on with my day. Then when I assume echo gets back and warns me for rdm. I told him that I kidnapped him as lion he says to stfu and suck his dick and so now I'm here and if this was a false warn I would like it to be removed. and if it isn't false tell me why.

Admin abuse

Today, Eko was raiding my base, so i killed him. After i killed him he pulled me into a sit, he was trying to get me warned for breaking NLR, i denied breaking NLR, I knew that someone killed me but i thought it was NCRP Kasper, i did not know that it was Eko who killed me, anyways after i denied breaking NLR he said that he killed me earlier, i said that he didn't, because i thought that NCRP Kasper Killed me, after the admin checked logs he told me that he did kill me, after that i realized my mistake, i apologized for breaking NLR. i do agree that the NLR Warn was correct, however after that. He said that he wanted me to be warned for Lying in a sit. I completely did not know that he killed me. After that Eko starting talking loudly and fast, he started to barrade me. I had enough of this so i cursed him out, I completly apologize for what i said, i was angry that i wasn't getting a say in my warns, and i dealt with my anger very poorly, i am sorry that i cursed eko out. but i think that it is unfair that he can assume that i was lying in a sit. I did not know about eko killing me i thought that is was NCRP Kasper, and i apologize for breaking NLR. But i never want to be in a server with an admin who can barrade me, and force the decison of warning, just because he is an admin. I never got to have a say about what happened in the situtation, and the reason i am reporting him for admin abuse, is because of his status to the server. He is friends with the admins so the admins that work on reports are more inclined to take his side without getting my side of the story

 Another time about 3 days ago i was reporting him breaking nlr, and he loopholed the rule. He said that his friend, was not raiding and he came to kill me, i killed him and he said that since i killed his friend, Who was obviously raiding he could come and respond to his firend who he stated was not raiding, Basically him and his friend were raiding my base and i killed him and i killed him friend, he said that since his friend was not raiding, he could respond to his death by killing me. The problem is that his friend was raiding, because he was shooting into the base. its unfair that he can manipulate other admins into believing his side of the story, so much so that they dont even need my side of the story

If this admin continues to use his status to his advantage then i think i will take myself to a different server with admins that are truthful and don't use their rank to their advantage. I also want to point out that the whole time during these sits i was not being a annoying or minging and was complying with the admins, agreeing with their final say, but this time it was too  much.

It was a false ban because my game crashed and I was accused of LTAP

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? I was accused of Mass RDM as terrorist, even though I adverted terror.

Why should you be unbanned? Because I did nothing wrong, and the admin was generalizing me with the other terrorist who was actually MassRDMing. He only got a warn.
