What you are reporting for: Banned for compliance?
Evidence: I had a sign up on MY base that read "Proton likes fat mastadon cock" This was not harrassment as harrasment is "Intesne Pressure or intimidation" This was not pressuring anyone, and this was not intimidation, simply a fact i was stating. After i put it up on my base Cyranek was called over. He jailed me, told me to remove it, so i moved it and placed it on my base. Shortly after that he jailed me, told me to remove it, and i did, after 20 seconds. All in all the sign was up for 2 minutes and i removed them with little resistance. I see no reason why i was banned for harrassment, when i was simply stating a fact, one that was not pressuring or intimidating. And when i was banned, cyranek even insulted me as one of the reasons as i was banned. Check the logs.

What you are reporting for: I just came back from a long hiatus, and as ex-staff i respect the servers rules, this man, as I walk out of spawn, rdms me, so I call for an admin (not knowing he was one) nobody comes and he then rdms me again, I revenge rdm him, he then jails me and asks why i was rdming. I explained he rdmd me so its fair. He then got salty and banned me for 6 hours for the reason "Its all fair right?" After the 6 hours I came back on but was greeted by a "MRDM" ban for 3 days by Barry Maple

Evidence: Logs show him killing me first and dealing damage first




P.S: I would never lie due to being ex-staff and keeping the reputation I still have on the server (from people who remember me of course) so my word means more than the average Joe.

Admin Abuse. While a moderator on duty and had god mode on, he approached me while I was kidnapping someone and freed him. He was on duty and godded and freed my prisoner and I could do nothing about it. Oofer gang was my vuctim and he just no clipped up to me and free him while on duty and godded. He then no clipped away through a wall into the "Void" area where I cant get to him while saying that it wasn't him when I saw and hear him do it, and the logs show that he did. He was abusing his powers by role playing while godded and on duty.

This admin was being very rude as I was continually getting rdmed and because i made a deal out of it he cursed me out and continuously told me no one cares and I lost my cool and after i said let it be (in a very rude fashion), proceeded to use the rapeSWEP after the sit was over and he banned me for NITRP. I do understand that this was stupid and hotheaded of me, there should have been no reason for me to lose my cool over a game. I will accept this ban, however, I wish for someone to demote or at least talk to him as HE IS AN ADMIN that is salty to do his job. Anyone who doesn't want to do their duty and mistreats the playerbase is undeserving of those privileges. I have 1 day+ some hours at least and 20 mil so i dont know have I have "no intention to roleplay" so he could at least give his ban a proper reason. I strongly believe he should be demoted for refusal to do his job and mistreatment of players, he does not care about anything unless it benefits him. After all the only reason he payed attention was because calcium, who was off duty, realized nobody was answering and brought it to his attention. As an admin he should act properly and with respect and should at least put in a little effort to be a role model, and he displayed none of those characteristics and simply complained about being on duty, if he does not like to be on duty, why would he want the position of admin?

From what I understand he is a Tmod. He was catering to the guy rdming me and when he witnessed it, he would do nothing until the guy shooting me over and over again was dipping in and out of spawn abusing the fact that it is a no damage zone and when I tried to use the rapeSWEP on him he dipped back in and then Potatos miraculously decides to hop on duty and states that I will be permabanned as he did nothing whilst his friend RMDed me repeatedly. Once again, as stated before, does not set proper example, or conduct himself in a manner that shows he is able to handle the position given to him.

Lobsterbird was raiding me (benjamin shapiro, oof, and lazycat) and they killed me and oof, and sniped lazycat from across the map, even though he was doing something completely different. When I left spawn again to go do something different I was killed by the raider again for no reason. He tried another time as I walked out of spawn but I killed him. At this point, he tells his friend, calcium, about it and I report to dinogator. calcium sides with him and dinogator with us. calcium ends up warning me for NLR (because I was leaving spawn not going back to my base at all and getting killed).

I was calling lobsterbird a bitch for having his mod friend warn me for no reason and got warned for harassment.

I was raiding with 3 others and made a safety cube outside to go inside and heal the members of my raid team. A terrorist comes up, adverts terror, and gets killed by us. minutes later, he is back and kills us all. We go back and attempt to finish the raid because he wrongfully killed us. Then, calcium jails me and teleports everyone who was involved to me. He tells me i'm being warned for fail-rp and NLR and being kicked (he knew I had just built a huge base and hadn't duped it yet.) He doesn't even let me explain before he warns me, kicks me, and jails me. He said he was spectating me, but he apparently didn't see his friends breaking the rules in front of me while doing it.

I was banned for 3 weeks for NITRP. During the sit, I was gagged for "talking over him" when he would talk over me constantly so I didn't get to convey the full truth of what I was trying to say. I NLRed and ran back to the staff members base which he ended up killing me 2 times. I was a hitman and keypad cracked into a door of his base the first time and he killed me. The second time I just walked through a broken fading door because he was spamming the fading door button, he then killed me. I then changed jobs to become a pro raider and waited for a while then came back non-NLR walked around and then called a raid, killed Face "his friend." Face was very mad so he called a sit and told his friend "Cyanide" to come and vouch for him. We got to the sit and immediately they were both screaming THIS GUY BROKE NLR as loud as they could... at that point, I started laughing, then I said why are you guys yelling and then Face said, "Are you fucking retarded shut the fuck up we aren't yelling." They kept yelling at the mod that was in front of them then I kept trying to speak and was gagged. I typed in chat please ungag me so I can tell my story and after 5 mins he finally did that. I got to talk for 1 minute then was re-gagged and banned. I didn't even get to finish my story and was banned. Please get back to me soon...
