I'm not really sure as to why he didn't take on what you were saying when you were literally copy and pasting the rules from the MOTD.
I do believe that Box 2 has made a mistake on his part as it clearly states that "All RP interaction cool downs apply to the ENTIRE party"
this rule applies to ALL RP interaction that have a cool down. Such as: rape, terror, PD raid, kidnapping and raid cooldowns.
I will speak to him and ensure that he is fully understanding of what this means.
