Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? Ask Player A to explain his actions then Player B to give his side of the argument. Ask Player A to refrain from random killing and to not do it again.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Ask A where or what they are incase I'm just not looking the right way, if not then have him tell me if it happens again as I cant go without evidence. If it happens again and I find them, I'll explain we cant propblock without basing or rp reasons to player B and warn him if it continues.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? Tell them rdm isnt allowed, then spectate said player and watch him for a few minutes, if nothings happening I have no reason to punish them unless they do mrdm.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do Tell him to take it up with an admin and ignore his bad comments. If no admin is available or he can't get anyone's attention I'll contact someone who is higher than me to come take his report.

Why should you be unbanned? The ban was false due to my refusal to remove a base or unknown a base I already planned basing in. Two staff members wanted to mega base as well as more members. I owned the yellow base in industrial, put down a building sign. And a giant base spawned above me. I explained I was going to base here already. We had been having problems before already so the argument had got a little heated. Than a jr admin apple jack rdm’d me with no warning or rp intent,m. When I come back I am refused to come inside me and a other staff member get into it, he than gags me and I told him I don’t want to talk anymore I just wanna go in my base. The staff member admitted he didn’t know I wanted to base there. But had no intent of unbanning me. 7 days is also extremely harsh for something of a refusal of base, he kicked me from scoreboard or it said quick kick or something, than I try joining back and I get banned for Nit rp even though I had been raiding interacting with people for an hour already and doing exactly what rp was entailed to be.

Ltap - absolutely false, I've been actively playing for around a week or so. This was shortly after I left to go to sleep, my guess is this was a report taken for killing a citizen I had a fist fight with(I was a pissed off hobo messing around) and this report was taken at least 10 - 20 minutes after the fact.

rdm - plausible, I was messing around and trying to start fights, one of the players obviously took it too seriously. ( I didn't kill anyone unless they started punching me back)

Why should you be unbanned?

I enjoy playing on this server, and most players understand messing around sometimes, and my intent even in these situations is not to minge, but to simply have a laugh. I can understand the rdm(if the reporter had a stick up his ass), but Ltap is in my opinion completely unjustified in this case.

You can check the logs to see that I was warned by Meowlan today (December 3rd, 2023) approximately between 10-11 AM CST.

To give some context, I was building a base and didn't have a "BUILDING" sign, admittedly.

A regular player named "Not Goonie" started trying to raid me, but saw that I clearly had no keypads. I came outside and said "I'm building" and got out my toolgun to put a sign.
Goonie proceeds to kidnap me and drag me across the entire map while I complain to Meowlan. And all Meowlan does is warn ME for "failRP."
Apparently just because I bothered them by complaining.
This is a deliberate and flat-out disrespectful abuse of power. I've been here long enough to see staff come and go, and truthfully I don't apply for staff because I want to avoid drama like this. 
But I want this false warn removed ASAP.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Ask them to show where the propblocks are, if none, tell them there's nothing I can do since there aren't any. If there is that I didn't see I would try asking player B to remove the props and if they I'd try removing them or getting someone who can to remove them.

Evidence: Jailed me even tho I havent been warned in days, refusing to warn players who rdm me, being biased. 

Also did not punish someone who RDMed me over 6 times. I reported him, rosa returned me mid sit, and never warned the dude. But the same dude reported me for killing him, which i did in party defense, as he damaged my party member, which i told rosa, but rosa still jailed me for 5 minutes, even tho I have no active warns. 

Rosa has also falsely warned me in the past for the reason "shit mod"

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
After they are both teleported to the sit I would start off with "Hello (Player B) is report your for rdm is there anything you can tell me on why he is reporting you" Then I would listen to the answer that Player A gives me, Next I would ask Player B for his side of the story. Once I heard from both sides I would go ahead and then check the Logs (Logs don't lie) while I'm in the logs I would find their combat log and make sure both names are correct then I would enter the replay mode, Once all of that is said and done I will make sure that Player B did not initiate the fight. Since Player A started the fight I will next check his warns and figure out what the punishment will be, Meaning that he is a new player and has no warns I will Jail him for 3 minutes and tell him to read the MOTD to get a better grasp of the rules.

I would start off by teleporting Player A and Player A only to get a gist of the report, after listening to what he has to say I would ask if he has a screenshot or clip of Player B propblocking if he doesn't I would then say "I will keep an eye on him, and if you see any more prop blocking be sure to report it" after I send him back I will next go ahead and spectate Player B and watch him for a couple of minutes If I don't see anything I will just make sure to keep an eye on him. If I do see him per say prop blocking spawn I will go ahead and tp him and ask him why he is prop blocking, while I am speaking to him  I'm going to make sure to listen to the way his body language is because that will determine really if he is just here to troll or sum sort. after I have a conversation with him I would give him a warning for propblock then let him go on with his day but I will make sure to spectate him for a little bit after the seat to make sure there's no propblock.

I would spectate the person that is being accused of massrdming, Depending on what I see while I'm spectating the alleged person being accused I will give a disciplinary action if necessary, After talking to him and telling him why he is receiving a DA.

First I would start off by trying to defuse the situation I would make sure to stay Cool, Calm, And Collected. I would then go "I'm sorry that you feel that way if you would like to you can speak to my higher up, If you would like to report me on the forms please don't hesitate to go ahead and do it, I feel like I have handled this sit well and If I did do something wrong in a way I apologize have a good day." Then I would return them. I totally support something if I was in the wrong yes I deserve a punishment.
