Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
Read the report, Then teleport them to a sit. Ask what happened to confirm the story, then check logs to see the "real story." If said Player A happened to RDM Player B i would ask Player B if they would like them to be warned or would want a verbal.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
Drag them both to a sit after checking for the props. I would then ask what happened, if Player A said they didn't do it. Without any proof i would let them off with a verbal warning, and make it clear that if it happens again there will be a punishment.

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do?
First i would bring the said Person to a sit with the other Said Person they RDMed. I would handle it just like any other RDM case. If the player did rdm then i would only give the normal punishment for it. I would then tell any other members of staff about the incident.

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do
I would calm the player down and assure him that if he would like to report me he can go ahead. I would ask to see his "proof" if he declines he declines, and well if he accepts he accepts i would only just like to see the "proof" that makes me a crap admin.

I have not but I've always wanted to be a moderator and help people and create events and such.

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? I'm usually on this server as much as i can be because i love this server and the people in it and I've been wanting to make events(if that's something I'm allowed to do) and I want to help keep the game as fun as possible. I'm very understanding and focused.

I am currently in my junior year in high school. I have a job at a marina where i sometimes do repairs on boats and use a forklift to put the boats in the water.

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? when I'm in school it's from 7:00am-2:00pm which then I go to bed at 9:00pm during the weekdays but on the weekends i have work and it's different every weekend because during the winter months i usually get off early around 3:00pm but during the warmer months probably not till 7:00pm. During the weekends I go to bed at 11:00pm(eastern-time).

I would call them to a sit then, I would talk to them and figure out what's happening (already knowing it's a sit for RDM) and if it was RDM and however many time's he killed the returning player, then I would ask the returning player if he wanted to warn player A, if not then ill just teleport them back and tell player A to not kill people randomly for no reason and explain that it's part of the rules so he could better understand it,  and I would refer them to the server rules so they could better understand what I was saying.

I would go and check out the problem, I would talk to player A and figure out exactly what's happening in the situation and then get player B's side of the story, after finding out their side's of the story I will then explain to player B that propblocking is against the rules and tell him that if I catch him doing it again I'll warn him and if it is still a problem after that I will ban you for a day and more each time. I will check the prob logs and see if player B deleted any props before I started my investigation, if there isn't any evidence from player A then i would tell him that there isn't anything i could do. If player B was problocking i would punish him in accordance with the punishment guidelines.

I would call the person suspected person to a sit and explain the situation and ask him why he killed that one person, after he tells me why he killed that one person I will go to the 10+ people and talk to them and explain that the logs say he only killed one person and that isn't massrdm, I would ask the people why they reported him and try to figure out the real reason for all of this. I would ask the players reporting if they have any specific evidence, if there isn't any evidence and if the feeds don't show anything i would tell them that there isn't anything I could do. I would keep an eye on the person suspected of the massrdm.

I would take the player to a sit and talk to the player on what I did and if I could possibly see the proof and figure out what I did wrong and depending on what I did I will fix it and inform other staff and explain what I did wrong and maybe possibly have another staff come and talk to the player. I would tell the player that he can report me on the forums and give him the site so he can find it with no problem.

Was searching for new servers and thought i found something decent, upon further gameplay i found that moderators on duty like to roleplay (some kid named feihc the rat?) then as me and roughly 4 other citizens are in PD literally talking WITH the mayor he (feihc the mod) RDM's me, I report it and HE brings me and says this wasnt RDM, then returns me I make another report, for the goonie named kid to say "there was a kos line" (which there wasnt or why else would 5 citizens and an ACTIVE hitman be in PD?) so he returns me so i make another report for rdm and ANOTHER mod (og something?) takes me to a newly placed (lmaololololololololol) kos sign and says "there is a kos line" as if that was there the whole time and hes unable to check logs. Completely tired of servers either being pay to win or ran by complete children. I also have a screenshot of him saying sorry after the fact because "i was in the way" before he proceeds to try and convince fellow staff that there was a kos sign. Lying trash have been selected to represent this server and maybe one day (unless the staff you select have irreversibly fucked the server customer/player base) it can prosper with players who care about the integrity of the server and its representatives. Just minutes after "yeah ill join a steam group, this server seems alright"

You are a well known minge on the server. You are known to abuse a lot including e2s, weapons, and exploits. You are being made to pay for the class because of your known history on the server/because the class has alot of blacklisted/1of1 items on it with stupid abilities that are easy to exploit. The 700M will not be returned even if you do not pay for the class. The 700M is being held because after being told you have to pay for the class by Alvin, you decided to then go and lie to staff members and tell them you had permission to be on the class knowing well you had no intention of fully purchasing the class. Because of you lying to staff members knowing you wouldn't buy the class and having being set to the class, you will not be receiving the 700M back.

i was an admin for darkrp in vr called salamis rp along with shellnotspeak(head admin) and c4sqer (moderator) and others until it shut down a few months ago, and i started a dark rp in vr called Broken Fan Reimagined but the player numbers were not high enough to support development as i had to make everything from scratch.

• I would begin by asking both players their perspective of the situation. Then I would ask if either of them have evidence of said RDM. After reviewing any evidence given and reviewing the server logs I would punish Player A by giving them a warning and refer them to the server rules because they are a new player.
  

• I would ask Player A for more details and ask to see if they have any evidence. I would also check the server prop logs to see if Player B has removed any props before I started my investigation. If there is not evidence of prop blocking then I will communicate that with Player A. If there is evidence of prop block then I will punish Player B in accordance with the punishment guidelines.
  

• In all situations as a staff member it is important to consider the possibility of miscommunication or misunderstanding. I would ask the witness for any evidence or supporting information of RDM in case of an error with the sever logs. If no supporting evidence is brought to light then i will tell the reports that there is nothing I can do. If there seems to be evidence of false reports or mass harassment then I will tell the reporters that such actions would be against server rules. No matter the outcome I will keep a close watch on the reported player for any rule violations.
  

• I remain calm and professional while handling all my sits. I would address the players concerns and help them with anything they need. If they have any issues with me that i cannot resolve I would direct them to a higher-up or to the forums to make a report.
