Applejack has been targeting me and the players in my group for the entire duration that we've been on this server. I have many examples spanning over the course of the last month that prove this.
Players in my group include:
Spooky, JoseTheNoobKit, Bubbles, Ancey, Tropicaltony

First problem : Regularly mistreats me in sits. Shows favoritism against me every sit. I am never given a fair sit in which the person I report is warned/jailed for their rulebreak, and yet accidents/first offenses that I do are always warned. 
Examples:
1. I have an eyewitness who Applejack tried to coerce into reporting me for RDM while he died to a collateral. This person was totally okay with the accidental kill and yet Applejack attempted to get him to report me anyway, saying "let's get him banned". 

2. Examples of him refusing to warn someone for the exact same thing I was warned for.

a. I was warned for failRP for misclicking the suicide button while being kidnapped. My kill bind is the same as my discord mute button on a new mouse, and forgot to rebind it.  http://puu.sh/JU9Jr/81d520e249.png
Later on, the same exact player who reported me for that does this and calls this sit.

b. Here another example of a rule I was unaware of, but was warned for. This is the first time I've been warned for RDM related to a kidnap like that.

c. Another example of a player, who knows the rules, blatantly RDMing me and getting a "verbal warning" from Applejack.

d. A player attempted to scam me by hosting a wager match for Chess. Upon taking the money of multiple players, some of which are staff members, he decided to wager 50 million against me.
He lost, and refused to pay the 50 million. I asked in admin chat if that would be considered a scam, and instead of being answered, 6 separate mods, including Applejack, decided to TP to me and taunt me, calling me a crybaby, because I wanted clarification on whether or not the player had committed a scam or not. I did not get 1 answer to the question I made in admin chat and was taunted for nearly 30 minutes straight, mostly by Applejack and Spartyfan. Upon asking the question to a higher up, he confirmed that it was in fact considered a scam since he took the money of other players, despite not having a middleman. 
About 2 weeks later, this same exact player who scammed me scammed the owner in the same manner. Only this time, he was permanently banned for scamming.

3. Banning a member of my group for 1 week for an accident with no admin sit: Player STEAM_0:1:84175561 was terrorist bomber and, without terroring, killed 4 people with the bomb. He was warned, and then jailed for a short period of time (10 minutes).
Not even 20 minutes later, a member in my group who Applejack has previously been unnecessarily rude to, did the exact same thing. He miscalculated his terror cooldown and killed 4 people, in the exact same way, and was banned for a week without an admin sit.

4. Constant harassment - Every time I'm on the server Applejack goes out of his way to annoy me in any way possible. Having multiple members of staff minge my alarm E2, putting props on and around my base, him and other members of staff say inflammatory things to me for no reason. The constant display of power and ego he tries to show over me and my group that play on this server consistently is not only pathetic but makes us unable to trust that rulebreakers we encounter are going to be dealt with properly.

EDIT: I've been suggested to add a desired resolution to this.
I do understand that Applejack is a veteran moderator of this server, and that generally he does a good job and is held in high regard by most of the other staff. I wouldn't want to see him demoted. The only solution that I'm asking for is fair treatment and consistencies between sits. If he has some personal issue with me to the point where he can't manage to act professional, then I'd ask to be simply left alone and have any other staff member handle sits involving me.

My own servers, TTT as well as Dark RP. Server's obviously no longer running, life got busy and I moved to Los Angeles haha. I also have donated for staff one time before (garnet rp), as well as applied and been accepted (exhibition rp). I have since forgot the name i played under on these servers. I have joined back and tried to talk to people to help me remember, but I change my rp name literally so much lol. This is the reason I now always leave buttplug in my name, i just change the adjectives haha. 

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? 
I work with people every day in real life. I work large scale events like NFL/NBA/NHL games, as well as large concerts. These events have given me superb communication skills as well as more patience. When you work at a venue with 50,000+ people you do not have the option to skip steps. You have to do everything spot on, the first time around. 

I have also been management level at multiple of my previous employers. I am used to working together as a team to get the job done. I understand that gmod is not the same as an actual job, but to be honest, the skills you learn from both are well interchangeable.

The skills I have obtained working in customer service gigs in real life, combined with my over 7500 hours on gmod, I believe I can be a self-efficient and professional staff member.

Its been a while since I have used admin menu's, but I do have quite a bit experience. I am a quick learner! I have the most experience with the default ULX/ULIB, but I have also used sAdmin quite a bit. I believe it will be no problem to catch onto the new system.

I work 50-60 hours a week, but this is literally all I do in my spare time. 

What times EST(server time) can you be active on an average day? 
The times I work varies drastically, but I can guarantee ab least 2-4 active hours almost every day. This will typically be in the later afternoon/late night. I am often on around the time of server restart. 

SCENARIOS: 
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? 
I would begin by giving the person who made the report a chance to explain what happened first, once they explain, I would then give the reported player a chance to explain his side of the story. 

If Player A admits to his wrongdoing, and has a good reason, or a clip to provide explanation to exactly why he committed RDM, I may just issue a verbal warning given they do not have any other prior warnings. However, if they are just acting like its not an issue, or that it was entertaining, or basically that it was literally just blatant RDM I would issue a warn/jail based on their active warning. 

Also, if Player A began to deny RDMing at all, I would have to go into logs, and check out the combat logs to see who damaged who first, where it was, and fully investigate exactly what happened. I will always ask each player if they have any recording or clip to back their statements. Based on what I discover throughout the investigation I will proceed with a warn/jail or no punishment if I discover that Player A actually did not RDM.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? 
I am well aware that propblockers will often delete their props when reported. If this happens, I would unfortunately require proof of the propblock. Like a screenshot showing the players name on the prop, or even better, a video. Thankfully I do believe its generally common knowledge to take screenshots of propblock. Sadly, logs do not show the spawn location for props. 

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? 
Well, usually logs never lie. If upon checking logs, the mass rdm is just not there, I would post in OOC/make an announcement that that the person IS NOT RDMING for whatever reason (terror, raiding, etc). I cannot warn/punish someone just because half the server is saying they are doing something, if the logs do not support it, I can not punish.

However, there has been times in my experience where logs will be messed up, so in this case, if a player submitted evidence of mass rdm even tho it was not showing in the logs, I would still be comfortable moving forward with the reports. 

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? 
I would try to explain to him that we are all humans, and sometimes make mistakes, I would also try to calmy ask this person if they would like to discuss the situation with me, to see if we could come to terms with whats going on. If after that, they still are saying they want to report me, I would instruct them to go to the forums where they can create the report.

I would never send the forums link unless asked, to me that seems super cocky.

Yes I do, however I would rather not use it because of how many people are in my house, and it might make a disturbance for them.

I am 15 years old, a lot of people think that I'll be a horrible staff member because of my age but I think otherwise.

Have you ever been staff on a gmod server before?

Yes, I was apart of a staff team on a few, one of the ones I remember the most is a server called, "Juicy Dark RP" which was back in the gold era days of gmod. I was a paid trial mod and some how worked my way up all the way to the tippity top of the staff ranks which was really surprising.

I was a trial mod all the way up to the server operator.

What special skills do you posses that will make you more qualified than the other applicants?

Well, I don't have any skills that I posses that would make me a better staff member than anyone else, maybe only that I wouldn't abuse my powers that often.

No, unfortunately I don't have any experience with SAM, but whatever it may be I am willing to learn about it.

I am in high school, about really the only thing I do outside of Garry's Mod.

EST means Eastern Standard Time, which this time is 2 hours ahead of me, so night moderation would be decent because I am in PST time.
Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

Since player A is very new, I could give him either a warn or a verbal depending on how severe it is. Say player A only killed player B I would only give player A a verbal and tell him to read over the MOTD we have posted up by, "!MOTD" and let him off. If player A knew what he was doing and killed more than just one player, it would be a warn. I believe it doesn't matter if player B is a returning player, as that'd be biased towards the new player.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

I would go towards the scene and check player B's prop history, if he doesn't have anything I would ask player A if he has any evidence such as snippets, videos, screenshots, camera tool screenshots, etc etc... If I see absolutely nothing I would tell player B to stop wasting my time and making false sits. However, only other thing that would make sense to this scenario is he accidentally mixed up the player, if not then that's on them.

I would ask all the people and say when they, "Mass RDMED" then try to check the logs during that time period. If the 10+ people said he did and I didn't see ANYTHING at all in the logs or get any evidence of it from other players, I would start handing out a few minute mutes if they kept screaming about it and making false reports about it. Ganging up on someone to JUST false accuse them of something like that is pretty shitty, so I would be annoyed as well.

I would link player A to the forums and let him report me with full support as he is allowed to do that. If I were to mute him for calling me a shitty admin I feel like that would be way too harsh and would really put the power abusive look onto my face, which then he could also report me for that. Also, if I were to try and stop him or bribe him from not reporting me on forums that would ALSO be abusive and would lead to me getting a strike or demotion.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? tell player A that player B is not propblocking and if they believe they are i will ask them to show me for further investigation

I ask Player A If he undid all of his props and check logs if he did. if he lies about undoing his props i warn him for prop-blocking. although if he wasn't lying i close the report.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?
First, I would explain the rules of the sit. Second, I would determine the minge levels of both participants. If a player is minging I would freeze them. Third, I would ask the reporting player for their side of the story, unimpeded. If the accused interrupts I would ask them to stop, then gag them if it continues. Then I would switch the roles and ask the accuser for their side of the story. The same rules apply. I would check the logs to confirm RDM and then warn/jail the offender if the reporting player requests so, and would also encourage the punished player to check !motd for the rules on the server.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?
First, I would ask the reporting player if he has a clip or a screenshot of the propblock. If he does I would warn the offending player for propblock. If no evidence is provided then I would check the logs for any prop spawns. After checking the logs I would tp the player and ask why they propblocked if the logs say that props were placed down. If the player is in the logs but not in the server I would warn them for LTAP and propblock using their STEAM ID. If the player is on I would encourage them to read the !motd.

I would ask the reporting players to submit videos or photos to me for review. If no evidence is brought to me, I would go off of what the logs say and bring the reporter and the RDMer to a sit and listen to both sides of their story.  If the reporters are unhappy with the results I would ask a higher-up staff member for assistance on what to do. I would rather ask someone with more knowledge than me what to do in an unfamiliar situation than try to wing it and potentially ruin all parties' RP experience.

I would do a couple of things. Firstly I would not respond to the insult directly and would ignore it. Arguing with players while on staff is immature and would only add fuel to the fire. Second, I would ask them privately if they need help submitting a report and link them to the forums. I would then ask if they need any help from me and I would leave them alone. Ultimately since I am involved in the situation, I would want another staff to handle it as it would not be fair for me to handle my own internal affairs. 

Basically, me and Harry Greg we're party raiding the bank/vault, we grabbed money bags and went off for a second came back and Nipixel noclipped in the vault and put ALL of the money bags we got left back in the vault, mind you we didn't advert over and he didn't ask us. His justified reason right now is, "You can make like that amount of money easy." which I can't.
