If I have logs of him doing it, I can punish player A however player B see's fit, if it's a warn, jail, or just to be returned.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

I can check for witnesses, seeing if story adds up, check the players prop history, and ask for evidence.

I can't do anything about it if there's no logs about him mass rdming, even if theres 10 people saying he is. I would need evidence to actually do something.

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? -- wasn't accused of anything, wasn't given a proper reason, I had followed his directions when he told me to only buy shipments in one spot rather than throughout the map.

Why should you be unbanned? -- There wasn't any stated reason for the ban as well as it being an overreach and overreaction on his part since he told me to keep all my shipments in one spot and then proceeded to ban me while I was adhering to his guidelines on buying shipments.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do?

--Verify that looks aren't deceiving, there may be invisible props if there indeed aren't any props.
  Check the logs to see if player B has been spawning props/deleting props (if unable to access logs attempt to get an admission of guilt from Player B).
  If there aren't any props, Player B hasn't been spawning or deleting any props and hasn't admitted guilt and it's down to a he said she said with no other witnesses I would have to simply explain there isn't any evidence supporting Player A's claim and ask them both to avoid negative interactions with each other in the future.

A few I remember are TonysRP, SleekGamers, Buttsniffs, FreeRP. I was Super Admin on TonysRP and co-owner for SleekGamers Jailbreak and Owner/coder of SleekGamers DarkRP. Moderator on Buttsniffs and Admin on FreeRP. 

What special skills do you possess that will make you more qualified than the other applicants? I am mature, I keep my cool, I'm an experienced staff member with over 3,000 hours on Gmod. I can be very active. I also type roughly 140 wpm.

Ask Player B what happened and get their side of the story then ask Player A for their side of the story. If RDM is confirmed and it's their first offense, I will !warn Player A. 

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Check the logs to see if he deleted any then scan the area for any invisible props. If he's found to be guilty of propblock, I would delete his props then warn him not to do it again.

Continue to talk to the 10+ accusers to get a better understanding of the situation and why they're all saying he's mass rdming if it was only 1 kill. Chances could be he's shooting a lot of people but only managed to rdm 1 person.

Dependent on his attitude, I'd either take him to a sit so we could talk about it and hopefully resolve it or I would just tell him "go ahead" as an attempt to not negatively escalate the situation further.

Was this ban false, did you do what you were accused of? I don't think I've ever been banned unless it was a joke from another staff member back in the OG Days. I never broke any rules too so I'm confused about what I have done that violated community guidelines.  I know that I was unbanned from the discord earlier, the reason I was banned in the first place I am unsure about

Im usually on in the weekends and some times weekdays when im available. I havnt done anything to violate community guidelines/ server rules. And have maintained a friendly relationship with all the players and staff. I've been playing on this server for years and wish to play it some more until the server is shut down.
