Nope sadly i'm sick and cannot leave home, so i can be on anytime

Scenario

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? I ask both parties their side of the story and verify with the logs and watch the replay, then depending on what hapened i will verbally warn the person or !warn them

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? I ask for screenshots/clips , and we go on from there, if no clips or screenshots involved i will spectate the Player B and see if he does it again, if he does i will then ask him to remove his props and !warn the player B

10+ People are all saying the same person is massrdming, but in the logs you only see he killed one person. What do you do? If the logs says only one person then that player will be !warned, if video proof or screenshot shows something else then i will go on from there

A player calls you a shit admin, he also claims he has proof against you and threatens to report you on the forums. What do you do? I grab the link of the forum and hand it to him telling him to feel free and fill a complaint, then i will ask another admin/mod to take the sit for me and handle the rest explaining the situation to him to calm down the player.

Nope I have never been staff on a gmod server but i been a community manger on a pavlov server that had gmod elements (it was vr)

Salami RP and I was the community manger i was in charge of hiring staff and demote them along with making events.

 I am mature and willing to hear all sides and am very unbias to a fault sometimes.

Scenario
Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do?

I talk to player B first and ask about whats going on. Ask if they have a clip for it. Ill then bring in player A and ask what happened on their end and do they know why they have been pulled in. If they do not know why Ill inform them of what player B has told me. If they accept what has happen as facts ill give them the RDM warning. If they do not accept it I will look at the logs to see what happen if player A has not given the clip. If the logs show that RDM did happen. I will give player B the RDM warning. If Player B has a Clip I will go off of the clip and give player A a warning. unless its been edited in a way that makes player A look bad. I will set them off their way. Unless the logs do not show what happen and the clips are not valid or they do not exsit then i will send them both back.

I will tell player A to provide a clip of said actions happening. If it shows the prop black I will be warning player B for the prop blocking. If player A does not have a clip of it. I will inform them there is nothing i can do and inform them if i happens again please make a clip/download metal to make a clip.

I will tell them that giving the act I do not see it in the logs of mass rdm I can not do anything. I would pull them and handle the one person they did kill. I will ask them what happen on their end. If one of the 10 people shows me a clip of the mass rdm happening then i will punish the player accordingly but i will not take the mob voice as truth if the logs do not show it.

I will tell them to please summit it in the forum and i will give them the link of how to report staff/players. then teleport them back if i pulled them into a sit or just leave that area and let them do what they think needs to be done.

So it's common knowledge that if you world glow a black prop and stacker/Fading door both you have a one way. There have many multiple uses of this kind of base, which to be honest is the only server in existence where there is a problem(for good reason) ( this kind of thing should be allowed its GMOD building 1 of1. But out of the 30 bases I've built I HAVE NEVER RUN INTO AN ISSUE WITH IT, until today when a player tried to RAID me but couldn't "lockpick" both doors. Go buy a keypad cracker was my response. 

     This is one of the best servers out there, I personally love how its conducted, but if something so loved and known by the public is taken away I don't see that going very good for the rest of the server. I'm not worried about a refund on everything I lost but simply an update on the rule list that indicated I can't use stacked props as a fading door (2) btw. If that the case, and we choose to go that route, It's gonna be players that abuse the rope tool to see through everything, or basing will just become a shitty part of this server. Let's not make any parts shitty shall we and not require keypad crackers but cmon now. Lockpicks are outdated technology.

i should be unban because i did nothing wrong. I was basing all day until my game crashed.  i wasn't harassing anyone. if anything, i was being harass, thats why i made a player report. I was in a sit with cookie, and he just ban me.

Player A, a new player RDM's a returning player, Player B. Player B calls for a sit. After teleporting them to a sit room, what do you do? Ask Player A to explain his actions then Player B to give his side of the argument. Ask Player A to refrain from random killing and to not do it again.

Player A claims Player B is propblocking, but you do not see any props. What do you do? Ask A where or what they are incase I'm just not looking the right way, if not then have him tell me if it happens again as I cant go without evidence. If it happens again and I find them, I'll explain we cant propblock without basing or rp reasons to player B and warn him if it continues.

Why should you be unbanned? The ban was false due to my refusal to remove a base or unknown a base I already planned basing in. Two staff members wanted to mega base as well as more members. I owned the yellow base in industrial, put down a building sign. And a giant base spawned above me. I explained I was going to base here already. We had been having problems before already so the argument had got a little heated. Than a jr admin apple jack rdm’d me with no warning or rp intent,m. When I come back I am refused to come inside me and a other staff member get into it, he than gags me and I told him I don’t want to talk anymore I just wanna go in my base. The staff member admitted he didn’t know I wanted to base there. But had no intent of unbanning me. 7 days is also extremely harsh for something of a refusal of base, he kicked me from scoreboard or it said quick kick or something, than I try joining back and I get banned for Nit rp even though I had been raiding interacting with people for an hour already and doing exactly what rp was entailed to be.
